Drilling of borewells in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another place with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc., by first taking a Pilot Bore of 140mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rig including fuel, Labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site including construction of mud pit etc., complete. Up to 60m depth ending below ground level

Reaming from 140mm/150mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by departmental officers etc., complete Up to 60m depth ending below ground level

Labour Charges for inserting 150mm dia PVC casing pipes assembly (with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC couplers with cement paste etc., complete supply and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the departmental officers

Charges for developing the bore well with air compressor of 600 CFM capacity ( minimum 8 hours) including transportation labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by the departmental officers and conducting yiels test by "V" notch method

Cost and supply of 3 phase submersible pumpset as per IS 8034 suitable for 150mm dia bore well with ISI mark 7.50 HP 100 lpm x 175 m etc., complete.

Labour charges for erection of Submersible Pumpset in Borewell/ Openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps, pressure gauge upto the starter to require depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauge upto the exterior wall of pumproom and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches, starter, voltmeter, ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level gaurd and laying and jointing cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10days.

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with an intial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in the following classification of soils as directed by Department officers. Hard stiff clay black cotton, hard red earth shales, murram, ordinary gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders for foundation SS 20B

Supply and delivery of 90mm dia HDPE PIPES - PE 100 - PN16 for Potable Water Supply AS PER IS 4984/2016, including cost and conveyance of pipe and stacking at site etc., complete

Lowering of 90mm dia HDPE Pipes with specials in the trenches and laying to proper alignment and gradiant of water flow and as directed by the department complying with Standard Specification

Refilling with excavated earth complying with standard specification for filling in foundation including all labour charges as per SS
