Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 with peak, size250 mm x 150mm x 40mm all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay, spread in trenches river sand including spreading, levelling, punning for cushioning of cable all as specified and as directed. Note:- For measurement purpose punned thickness only shall be considered.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 4 core 16 Sqmm XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall complete all as directed by Eng-in-cahrge.

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for LT, 20x15cm size including taking down old unserviceable one.

Restringing of LT overhead lines conductor of any size (Conductor will be measured separately, if required)

Supply and fix terminal box made out of SMC with hinged door and locking arrangements of size 140x140x95mm product code no GSJB-1414 including ,Backlite 4 way connector,MS Clamps suitable for pole ,PCC/MS/GI/rail etc. with bolt, nut and washer ,electrical connections incl MCB SP 6-32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix cable route indicator made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of size 20 cm x 15 cm duly painted with two coats black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing cable direction, capacity, size of cable with white paint, mounted on angle iron 40x40x3 mm, angle height 45 cm, (30cm below ground level) with PCC 20cmx20cmx15cm all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply,install and commmissiong of LT out door loop in loop out terminal box with sloping canopy of size 600x450x250mm made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of syntehtic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, front and rear hinged doors mounted on 40x40x6 mm MS angle iron frame 90 cms height erected in ground with PCC foundation 1:4;8 with 40mm stone aggregate including supply and fixing insulated aluminium bus bar of size 50x 6mm for three phase and neutral 200mm length respectively mounted on insulators and terminating with suitable cable with glands and provision of one MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole ,415 Volts,50 Hz of breaking capacity 16 KA as incomer including taking down old terminal boxes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bus bar box of size 0.45x0.3x.50 mtrs fabricated by 3 mm thick MS sheet outdoor type,mounted/fixed on angle Iron frame of MS equal angle size 40x40x6mm of height 0.90 mtr and fixed in ground complete box with dust/vermin proof including aluminium flat of size 50x 6 mm fixed as bus bar over the insulators,sleeved for three phase and neutral and spray painting the box with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of metal primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge including necessary excavation,PCC for fixing the box all as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosures for MCB distribution board 230 Volts Single pole and neutral 12 way Double door with 200 Amps rated busbar complete including flushing the DBs inside the wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces and also matching with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Reassembling, testing and commissioning completely all as directed by Engineer in charge Note:- Replacement of unserviceable electrical parts will be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Preparing old faded surface of existing LT panel/feeder pillar located at various places by rubbing and removing the old paint complete and painting with two coats of super enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including writing of incoming and outgoing feeder details as required size of letters all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of all the substations located at technical and domestic area once in a month as per Engr-in-charge's instructions by applying cloth for removing dirt on all the installations located inside the sub stations and cleaning also includes the following:- Cleaning of side wall and roof, Cleaning of floor, Removing the dirt away from the sub station all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) The rate for labour to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The quoted rate shall also include the rate of materials like cottton, Broom, MAFF, Stick for mountingBroom, Phenol which are required for the cleaning of installations
