Taking down transformer carefully of capacity 100-630 KVA from its original position up to road n exc 50 mtr by manually and transportation by vehicle (Recovery van) to other installation within cantt area n. exc 5 KM to install the transformer at its original position or to work shop for repair and reinstallation after repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of LT/HT coils suitable for 11000/1100 volts grade with new supper enamelled copper wire having class-F insulation as per existing size and turns of capacity of transformer 100-630 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of transformer outer surface with one coat of synthetic enamel paint for transformer capacity 100-250 KVA after preparation of old painted surface using sprayer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) During process of painting transformer will be under shut down for the period and the rate deemed to be included for running the sprayer machine with own arrangement by the contractor (ii) After completion of painting HT/LT bushing, oil inspection glass and name plate to be made clean using volatile cleaner, complete all as specified and directed.
