M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen & sand mixture complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for providing the concrete in alternate bays not exceeding 3 Mtrs length. (ii) 30 mm deep joints between the bays shall be provided which shall be filled with mastic filling with hot bitumen 85/25 grade and 1:2 mix volume.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required, area not exceeding 150 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Atactic Polypropylene (APP) polymeric water proofing treatement to roof, at any height, using membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.0 kg per sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster (Weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm), with properties of high penetration and centre core consisting of 90 micron, high molecular high density polyethylene (HMHDPE) film consisting of five layers with thermo fusible finish laid by force application after applying compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr per Sqm, torching over laps with a propane or butane gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side on transverse direction and 150 mm at the ends on longitudinal direction and sealing including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm below APP including applying two coat of Aluminium paint over top of APP surface complete all as specified and directed . Notes:- The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment (BOQ item No 87.00 to 93.00) shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Material and labour post constructional anti termite treatment of the soil along external perimetre of building below ground level or masonry apron at the rate of 2.25 litre of emulsion per metre of surface area including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.
