M&L for Preventive treatment against the danger of carbonation in exposed faces of RCC members :- (i) Cleaning existing surfaces of RCC members and making surface free of loose material, oil, grease etc. by vigorous wire brushing including light grit blasting where necessary as recommended by Engr-in-charge. (ii) Further, cleaning using biocide(as recommended by manufacturer) to ensure that surface is free of algae and fungus and no trace of paint (any type) left out. Sand blasting to be done to remove trace of paint. (iii) Cleaned surface to be allowed to dry. (iv) Spray a coat of primer (as recommended by manufacturer) over dry cleaned surface as required prior to final finish. Primer shall be diluted in proposition 2:1 with mineral turpentine. After application, primer shall be allowed to dry for 03 hours or as directed. (v) Apply a coat of neat Aliphatic Acrylic anti-carbonation (ACC) over the primed surface with air / spray gun at nominal rate of 3.5 ltrs per sqm as recommended by manufacturer. (vi) Apply a more coat of Aliphatic Acrylic anti-carbonation (ACC) after 5-6 hours as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. (vii) Sprinkle sand cover over surface to receive new

M&L for followings :- (i) Removing plaster & finishes all around the coloumns, slabs & beams (on all four sidescription of column to full height , three sidescription of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to area as directed) (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible) (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed) (iv) Cleaning exposed concrete substrate by using water jet. (v) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved. (The Engr-in-charge may order sand blasting if rust is approved) (vi) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars :- (i) cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) alround (ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars new & old as recommended by the manufactuer (iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufactuer. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating. Superficial area of member to be considered for measurement

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing NRV Nozzles- a. Identifying the building component to be repaired for structural cracks/ porosity/ honeycombing/ imperfections by injection grouting. b. With the help of electrically operated angle grinder with diamond saw blade, make V shaped groove crack line, for identified cracks, of up to 10mm wide and up to 10mm deep. The crack line will be cleaned by air blower. c. Sealing of exposed V groove 10 mm deep and 10 mm wide crack line/ honeycombing/ imperfections with solvent free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, structural adhesive mortar.

d. Drilling holes of 12mm dia, up to 75-100 mm deep in beams and columns and 50-75mm deep(but not exceeding half of the thickness of the slab) in slab at the interval of 300-500 mm in staggered manner or along the crack line as directed by the Engr-in-charge including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 10-12 mm dia NRV (Non-Returnable Value) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix it inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy solvent free moisture tolerant putty to ensure complete sealing and allow to cure the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before grouting including cutting nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work of grouting, etc. complete

Providing and Grouting Injecting low viscosity grout by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, Including Mixing material components part a and part b in required quantities as per manufacturer instruction by weigh batching Filling the grouting gun with grout, and maintaining desired pressure in the gun, air compressor and at exit (minimum 3 to 4 kg/Cm2) by a mechanism to monitor both pressure gauges and controlling the same by release valves and release the grout as per requirement simultaneously to grout the structural element through prefixed nozzles till its refusal. Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal. The epoxy shall be Sikadur 52 LP IN and shall have following requirement : Viscosity : ~ 250 mPas at +30°C Mixed Density : 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C) TensilSt : ~ 50 N/mm2 (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (as per ASTM D 638), Compressive St : ~ 70 N/mm2 (7 Days ) (As per ASTM C 579) Modulus of Elasticity in Tension ~ 2000 N/mm2 (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (As per ASTM D 638)

Note :leakages through other nozzles or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost

Supply & fixing 12mm dia steel sheer connector in grid pattern in between old core and new concrete as wherever directed by Engr-in-charge and as specifed by manufactuer including drilling hole of depth of 100 mm and chemical anchoring with pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar (Master flow 935 of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA). (The cost of drilling hole &chemical anchoring with epoxy resin is inclueded in this item) complete all as specified and directed. Steel is also measured with this item.

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- (i) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make : MasterEmaco S46T of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is inclueded in this item.

M&L for Drilling & chemical anchoring of new rebars/stirrups :- (i) Drilling in to the sound RCC members for anchoring of rebars/stirrups as directed, the dia of hole to be match with dia of rebar & length of drilling as under :- 8 mm dia bar - drilling length 80 to 100 mm Note : Anchoring of new re-bars of any dia as directed in to the sound RCC members as directed using pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar (Master flow 935 of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA) with appropriate diameter of drilling of holes as mentioned above for proper bonding into the concrete etc., complete. (The cost of drilling hole & chemical anchoring with epoxy resin is inclueded in this item)

M&L for Drilling & chemical anchoring of new rebars/stirrups :- (i) Drilling in to the sound RCC members for anchoring of rebars/stirrups as directed, the dia of hole to be match with dia of rebar & length of drilling as under :- 12 & 16mm dia bar-drilling length 120 to 160mm Note : Anchoring of new re-bars of any dia as directed in to the sound RCC members as directed using pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar (Master flow 935 of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA) with appropriate diameter of drilling of holes as mentioned above for proper bonding into the concrete etc., complete. (The cost of drilling hole & chemical anchoring with epoxy resin is inclueded in this item)

M&L for use & waste of form work using steel sheets , steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed. Note : Form work shall be 100% leak proof. For purpose of payment area in touch with concrete shall be measured.

S&F for stengthening existing reinforcement by use of mild steel bars of any dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and applying on hardened concrete surface organic migratory corrosion inhibitors (MCI) of minimum two coats of amino alkanolamine (AMA) nature. the location will be approved by Engr-in -Charge. The product shall have proven test report by mott MacDonald and BRE

Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non-ageing, high permeability CRGO prime core grade M-3/ M-OH / ZDKH /TCH grade, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076 and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked. Flux Density at rated voltage and rated frequency should be 1.688 T the transformer shall be designed as per CBIP manual 317 for over-fluxing withstand capacity of 110% continuous, 125% for 1 minute and 140% for 5 seconds. and over loading capacity of transformer shall be as per 6600 , Noise level as per NEMA TR1, with class A insulation, Tank pressure, Vacuum withstand capability & minimum clearances as per CBIP manual, No Load Current within 1% to 2% of Full load current Transformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with Energy Efficiency Level - 2 and shall comprise of the following accessories :- Note: (i) OEM of transformer should be BIS and BEE certified for all the ratings of the transformer that are to be submitted. Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement outdoor type stainless steel (SS 316) cubical enclosure compartmentalized exterior and interior mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc.The enclosure shall be made of 2 mm thick SS 316 sheet. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side . Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz. IP-55 class protection and mounted on channel 75 mm welded with panel of SS 316.
