Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering =All up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement :4 Course Sand :8 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size

Random Rubble stone masonary for foundation and plinth in Cement Sand Mortar above 30 Cm. thick wall in :Cement Mortar 1:6 (1-Cement:6-Sand).

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. brick (IS 13757- 1993 ) of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished: 12 mm thick.

Copping: Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, copping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. M20 grade nominal Mix 1:1.5:3(1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Exterior finishing :- Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (two or more coat applied @1.67/ ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm.)
