M&L glazed ceramic coloured joint free tiles 6 to 7 mm thick as in skirting / dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pinted in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm back coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified ceramic coloured tiles10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tile n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring, steps 20-25 mm thick over cemet screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 20 mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
