Repair/ Replacement of unsv HT GOD/ RMU and connected items at N Area and Hallomajra area under GE Chandigarh

(a) M&L for servicing, greasing, cleaning of GOD, adjustment of its operation, cleaning and checking (for any type of damage) of insulators and lightening arresters incl. tightening of all loose nuts & bolts on the HT structure at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- 1. All the necessary tools, tackles and ladder shall be arranged by the contractor for the subject work. 2. Contractor has to arrange for necessary cleaning agent (petrol, diesel, CRC 2-26 etc.) and lubricating material like grease, oil and lubricating sprays if any, as required for subject work. 3. Major spares required to be replaced during servicing will be measured and paid under relevant item complete all as specifeid and directed by Engg-in-Charge. - each job 10 Nos (b) Supply only post top insulator suitable for 11 KV Air brake swicth 11 KV Drop out fuse complete all as specifeid and directed by Engg-in-Charge. - 18 Nos (c) Suppy only Tinned copper flexible strip (Jumper) suitable for 11 KV Air brake Swicth complete all as specifeid and directed by Engg-in-Charge. - 18 Nos (d) Supply only male contact for 11 KV Air brake swicth complete all as specifeid and directed by Engg-in-Charge. - 18 Nos (e) Supply only female contact for 11 KV Air brake swicth complete all as specifeid and directed by Engg-in-Charge. - 18 Nos (f) Supply only MS Strip operating mechanism (Jumper Carrier) for GOD insulator complete all as specifeid and directed by Engg-in-Charge. -18 Nos (g) Supply only terminal clamp suitable for 11 KV out door AB switch complete all as specifeid and directed by Engg-in-Charge. - 18 Nos (h) M&L for Lightning arresters expulsion type complete (Each Set -03 Nos ) with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp and hight current with stand 100 KA outdoor type for 11000 volts, including clamps, nuts and bolts, washers and connection to earth with 32 mm x 6 mm GI strip to Lightning arrester complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. - each job 5 nos (j) Supply,jointing and testing cable jointing kit of 11 KV grade cable for straight through, Heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sq mm to 95 Sq mm complete all as specifeid and directed by Engg-in-Charge. - 01 Nos (k) Disconnecting and taking out the unserviceable battery from battery bank any capacity supply and fix new lead acid maintenance free battery 12 volt, 7.2AH or as per existing make/model/capacity including connecting of all battery in battery bank and testing upto satisfaction of engineer - in-charge complete as specified and directed. - 02 Nos (l) Disconnecting & taking out VCB troly from RMU of any description and any make of rating 11 KV, 630 Amps dismantling / opening of the VCB/Load break switch for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts including alingnment of spring mechanism etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The quoted rates of the contractor shall deemed to be included for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts complete all as specifeid and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note : The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items as `supply only'. -07 Nos (m) Supply only indoor epoxy type 11 KV current transformer dual core having ratio of 200/1-1A having protection core class 5P10, IL-0.28/3kv burden of 10 VA and breaking cap of 18.4 KA for 1.0 second all as specified and directed. - 03 Nos (n) Supply only 11 KV current transformer dual core having ratio of 100/1-1A having protection core class 5P10, IL-.28/3kv burden of 10 VA and breaking cap of 18.4 KA for 1.0 second all as specified and directed. -03 Nos (o) Supply only PLA relay 230 volts - 03 Nos (p) Supply only HT sleeves 12 KV. - 03 Nos (q) Supply only HT boot complete as specified. - 02 Nos (r) Shifting of Transfomer by By Hydra at N area complete all as specifeid and directed by Engg-in-Charge. - 02
