M&L for repair DIN type astronomical programmable street light timer with current rating 16 amps complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for opening cover of garden light checking connections, repacing of lamps LED tye 5 Watts, 230 volt suitable for garden light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filtration and dehydration of transformer oil using filtertion plant to remove moisture and carbon contents to achieve dielectric strength of oil not less than 50KV in 2.5 mm gap, Oil samples of each transformer are to be tested before and after filtration test, results to be recorded on a printed format and also painting the date of test on the equipment with synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed and also including disconnecting the HT and LT cables and cleaning the bus bar surfaces and reconnecting the cables by providing copper washers, bolts, nuts, replacing of silica gel breather etc all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Oil required for topping up for filtration will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ . (ii) The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for proper cleaning of the tank surfaces to make the same free from sludge etc. (iii) The rate is deemd to be inclusive of trasportation of Oil filteration machine to Hut Bay

Supply only and filling of Transformer insulation oil as per IS 335-1993 having die electric strength minimum 50 KV in 2.5 mm gap for topping up in transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for scrapping of old paint from the exposed steel surfaces and applying two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of Red oxide primer on 11 KV two pole structure including GOD & operating rod, including scrapping of old on PCC Pole and applying 2 coats of cement based paint, greasing & applying petroleum gelly to current carrying contacts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI steel tubing light grade 40mm dia for laying in ground, along the pole in coping, road crossing etc for cable protection including necessary fittings , clamps for supports, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down of centrifugal monoblock pump set of capacity 3 HP/5HP, servicing including dismantling/ opening of body, cleaning of body, replacing of bearing, gland packing etc, oiling, greasing, reassembling complete, painting and refixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down of monoblock pump set of capacity 3 HP/ 5HP, re-winding of burnt winding overhauling inlcuding dismantling/ opening of body oiling, greasing, reassembling complete etc, and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Make of Engine oil, Coolant Oil, fan belt, filters etc shall be as per specified of OEM of DG Set and as approved by Engineer-in-Change.

M&L for carrying out routine checks of silent type DG Set of 125 KVA Stamford make alternator coupled with cummins engine, including checking of coolant level and top up of collant, draining out & supply and refilling of engine oil, replacing of fan belts, replaing of lube oil filter, fuel filter & fuel water seperator, checking of level of distelled water in battery & top up of water. Note:- Make of Engine oil, Coolant Oil, fan belt, filters etc shall be as per specified of OEM of DG Set and as approved by Engineer-in-Change.

M&L for carrying out routine checks of silent type DG Set of 10 KVA Kirloskar, including checkingof coolant level and top up of collant, replacing of fan belts, replaing of lube oil filter, fuel filter & fuel water seperator, checking of level of distelled water in battery & top up of water complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Make of Engine oil, Coolant Oil, fan belt, filters etc shall be as per specified of OEM of DG Set and as approved by Engineer-in-Change.

M&Lfor servicing of Split type Air conditioner 1.5 TR capacity of Voltas make inverter type AC of model 185VJZJR32, including taking down the out door and indoor units, takong out cooling coil and washing complete with water and caustic soda, cleaning of cooling coil, fan/blower drumand air filter with air blower, oiling greasing to mechanical parts and checking all connections of electrical parts, checking leakage in pipe line, arresting leakage in gas pipe line etc all as directed at site. Note - The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of disconnecting of copper tubing and brazing while refixing.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan, exhaust fan of any make and any sweep and dismentaling of blades canopy down rod etc & remove to store for repair and refix the same including provision of 3 core 1.5 sq mm copper flexiable cable from ceiling rose to connector complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling of Ceiling Fan 1200 mm Sweep including dismantling/opening of body, cleaning of body, oiling, greasing & reassembling complete, replacing of split pin, nut , bolts, replacing of ball bearing, capacitor etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Capacitor up to 2.5 Mfd all as specified and directed

M&L for opening of body of exhaust fan of 250/300mm sweep removing of burnt winding cleaning, Rewinding of fan by super ennameled copper insulated wire as per existing guage, varnishing, heating assembling, replacing of bearing, capacitor and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
