WORK OF MODIFICATION OF 132 KV TBC BAY TO 132 KV LINE BAY AND BUS COUPLER BAY TO BUS COUPLER CUM-TBC BAY ALONG WITH ALL ASSOICATED WORKS AT 132 KV S/S SHERKOT FOR 132 KV NAGINA-SHERKOT LINE UNDER ETD, DHAMPUR.

Work for modification of 132 KV TBC bay to 132 KV line bay & Bus Coupler bay to Bus Coupler Cum-TBC bay along with all assoicated works at 132 KV S/S Sherkot for 132 KV Nagina-Sherkot line under ETD, Dhampur.

1) Dismantling of following equipment along with structure/earthing etc. a) 145 KV SF-6 circuit breaker

b) 145 KV bus isolator/ Tandam isolators

c) 145 KV Current transformer

d) 145 KV post insulator

e) 145 KV CT/PT junction box

f) 132 KV C&R panel

g) Dismantling of panther conductor jumpers.

2) Erection of main auxiliary structure lattic type and auxiliary structure. a) Shifting of all material, equipment from store to work site

b) Erection of main auxiliary structure and lattic type S/S structures for installing of CT’S, PT’S, L.A. etc. The job consist of erection of structure as per drawing with the help of G.I. nut & bolt, flat, spring washer, matching the hole, cutting and matching of member if required including cost of all men and T&P excluding G.I. structure nut & bolt to complete the work.

3) Erection of 145 KV equipment a) 145 KV SF-6 circuit breaker

b) 145 KV bus isolator/ line isolators /Tandam isolators

c) 145 KV Current transformer/Potential Transformer

d) 145 KV post insulator

e) 120 KV lightning arrestor with surge counter

f) 145 KV CT/PT junction box

g) 132 KV C&R panel

4) Jumpering, interconnection of equipment with ACSR Panther Conductor. The work includes cutting and bending of conductor in proper shape, clamping with the help of the clamps and all associated work to complete the work.

5) Preparation of cable schedule and case interconnection diagram in between relevant panels, breakers, CT, PT & Isolator etc.

6) Laying of following size control cables in trench/cable tray from control room equipments to 132 KV CB, CT, PT and their junction box in 132 KV switch yard as per cable schedule, including carriage of cable drums from store to work site and all associate work i) 2 corex2.5 mm sq

ii) 4 corex2.5 mm sq

iii) 6 corex2.5 mm sq

b) Termination of control cable per core per end

7) Earthing of equipments of 132 KV yard a) Cutting, strenghting, bending and laying 700 mm/500mm below inside ground and above ground of following size MS flat of earthing of main and auxiliary structure and equipment including welding with main earth mat and with object to be earthed excavation trenches, its back filling painting and all other associated work. Excluding the cost of M.S. flat. i) 75x10 mm

ii) 50x6 mm

b) Making of delta earthing of LA of new transformer by fabrication of 6 No. 3 Mts. M.S. rod 40/36/32 mm dia electrodes its placing inside the ground and connecting all 6 Nos. electrodes with 40 mm M.S. round laying around as per drawing. Painting and jointing with 40 mm M.S. round/ 75x10mm MS flat laying around as per drawing, pain the joints with black japan paint of good quality after proper cleaning of joint by wire brush

c) Fabrication of 3 mtr long electrode from 40 mmM.S rod having 150 mm log conical shape and its piercing vertical inside the ground with top 800 mm below ground level and its welding with earth mat
