Hinge side of the frame shall be reinforced with M.S.Tubular section of size 40mmx20mm. The frame will be fixed to the column/ stiffner/ wall with the help of 3 nos 75mm long and 4mm dia steel screws and expandable fastners on each side of the door frame complete in all respects as sepcified and directed at all levels.

Providing, fitting and fixing PVC Door shutters of 37mm (single panel seamless finish) of Syntex make, at all levels made of extruded sections in the configuration of 'A'.The overall dimension is 37mm x 90mm, with usual process variation having a wall thickness of 2mm with a variation of +0.03mm provided with all plastic reinforcement to avoid rusting. The shutter frame is mitred and joined at the corners by means of stainless steel screws.The corners of the shutter frame are being reinforced by polymeric reinforcement of the size 125mm x 250mm and the lock rail is reinforced by 45 x18 x255 size reinforcement.
