FLOORING

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

ALUMINIUM WORK

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in- charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIALS

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)

Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping aluminium screws (Xylan) of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Manufacturing and Fixing of 20cm high Dias Board of required size (Length & Breadth) builtup with interior frame work consisting of 3"x2" wooden (Superior Hardwood of Category-II A) battens in x-axis & y-axis respectively spaced @ 60cm apart and Top Floors with 18mm thick pre-laminated HDF boards (of Green Ply brand or equivalent), i/c 20cm height 19mm thick HDF board fixed along the length of dias board exposed at frontage i/c necessary adhesives,Nails,Screws etc all complete as per the directions of Eng-In-Charge. (NOTE: Only top face of Dias board shall be measured for payment purpose)

Construction of 01Nos Black Board of standard size with the following process in the sequence as detailed below:- a) Applying a floating coat of neat cement on an already plastered surface prepared rough in the existing hollow block walling where the black board is to be made. b) Applying 12mm cement palster of mix 1:4(1cement:4fine sand) over it. c) Applying 20mm thick plaster along the edges of black board (over the already plastered surface prepared rough) to give it a border of size 50x8mm. d) Painting with blackboard paint 02 or more coats (Hard black coating ideal for black board) all the above activities shall be of good finishing with even surface and smooth complete.
