PROVISION OF MS GATE AND RECONSTRUCTION OF ADJOINING COMPOUND WALL AT ADA CAMPUS 2 BANGALORE

Electrical Items :

Site Clearance: Removing the existing closures and gates and levelling up the land up to the execution level, removing the grass, soil, unwanted materials and etc from site as per the instructions of Engr-In charge.

Demolition of Existing Concrete: Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. And maintaining the required slight slope at the entrance for easy movement of vehicles • Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with In cement mortar.

Excavation work: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of soil

Back filling: Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

PCC: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

RCC: Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand including manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 20%: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size of Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 20%).

Steel Reinforcement: Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level with Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more etc complete as per ADA instructions.

Shuttering/Centring: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, Lintels, beams, plinth beams and slabs.

Plastering: 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 13.7.1 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Granite Cladding: Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite stone slab colour black, Cherry/Ruby red Area of slab up to 0.50 sqm

Painting: Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

MS GATE: Providing, fabricating and installation of MS frame structure using hollow section, angle sections and suitable anchoring nuts and bolts of ISI make incl civil work grouting to First floor, scaffolding required for erection of structure, curing, etc, complete. Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gates and similar works. (3 gates) Design of gate is also included in this scope of work

Enamel Painting: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Servicing of Existing gate: Removal of existing gate and servicing the hinges cutting the excess length with proper cover for easy operation of gate and welding the bottom bar and refixing the gate at its own place and making it functional in all aspects as per the ADA instructions.

Providing & fixing of plastic dual coloured road studs having radium reflectors on the CC road located in front of ADA gate

Providing & installation of 2’x2’ LED lights with 2.5 sqmm 3 core cable concealed in the concrete slabs on the ceilings

Providing & fixing of interlocking plastic dual coloured road breakers having radium reflectors on the CC road located in front of ADA gate

Providing & installation of Dual spot lights with 2.5 sqmm 3 core cable concealed in the concrete slabs/beams/walls on the granite cladded walls

Providing & installation of Decorative lights with 2.5 sqmm 3 core cable concealed in the concrete slabs/beams/walls on the granite cladded walls& columns to give aesthetic view.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)
