De-sludging and cleaning of septic tanks, manholes, sludge chambers, etc. with inside depth exceeding 1.5 m, by manual digging out and lifting of concentrated sludge including de-watering and cleaning, removing silt, sludge, sludge water and any other foreign materials and depositing the same into excavated pits (exceeding 1.50 m depth) at places not exc. 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge; Returning and filling in excavated earth after depositing sludge including sludge water and sprinkling bleaching powder over surrounding area and removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m; complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (Measurement shall be made for sludge incl. the sludge water.)

Cleaning the blockage / chocked sewer lines of various sizes, in between the manholes, by opening the man hole, removing the exisiting sludge, rodding with a green bamboo stick or cane stick,or any other useful means and placing the existing manhole covers in original position including removing the rubbish/sludge to a distance exceeding 250m not exceeding 500m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) above ground level of thickness exceeding 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide or not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of manhole etc and getting out as in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling including spearding levelling watering and well ramming in layer n. exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil copmplete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 100 mtr and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up of existing unserviceable SWG pipe set any size in cement mortar including concrete bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cast iron drain pipes 300mm, jointed in cement mortar obtained either from trenches/wall as required including demolition of concrete bed complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Excavation if required, shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix 75mm bore cast iron (Sand cast pipes) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to wall with MS clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for precast RCC (1:1.5:3) Type A-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole cover/drain cover and set in position with cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of existing unserviceable RCC cover slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 6 to 8mm bar, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavement/ plinth protection , laid in bays and joints shall be filled up with bituminous gola with 80/ 25 bitumen ( 1 part of bitumen to be mixed with 3 part of sand and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement / Transluscent ( Corrugated , semicorrugated etc.) sheets as in Roof covering , wall , ridge , hips valleys and flashings etc for the building structures not exceeding 10 m height from the average ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 2 mm thick Fibre Glass reinforced Translucent corrugated or semi corrugated sheeting conforming to IS: 12866-1989 ( Colour ) with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L'type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts and washers in roof , walls etc for the building structures not exceeding 10 m height from the average ground level complete all as specified and directed. ( Make: Fibreways Technology or Shiv Sakti Fibre Udyog ( Roffit ) .

Supply and fix of pre-painted galvalume sheets having pitch 190mm, depth 29mm and not less than 0.50mm thickness having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (Galvalume base-PPGL trapezoidal profile sheets) fixed with aluminium self tapping screws of size 50/75mm and aluminium washer of suitable size in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests including 'P'or 'S' trap (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair viterous china wash hand basin, white, flat back of size 550 x 400 mm including brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 10 litre capacity PVC valve less, symphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia, for low level cistern including PVC connections 15mm size with brass nuts and washer both side of length 450mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single 'T' equal or unequal complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Light shade Vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc. 0.18 sqm but n.exc. 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick in skirting/dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan ( pedestal pattern ) , white with necessary seat cover including connection to drain ( or out going pipe ) and to flushing pipe , antisyphonage pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 32mm waste coupling of PTMT ( Half or Full threaded ) min wt 32 mm -45 gms complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC plain waste pipe of size 32mm dia and 1150 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair grating doom 125mm dia of PTMT (Minimum wt 25 Gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair health faucet (ABS body) with 8mm dia 1 meter long flexible tube and wall hook for fixing in 15 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous china Urinal bowl type flat back , size 465 X 355 X 265mm white with grating and union for discharge pipe including providing and fixing plugs , bedding urinal against wall in CM 1:2 , securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws , pointing around urinal back in cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old GI barbed wire fencing of any description from RCC/ MS fencing post complete all as specified & directed. (Note. Each line of wire shall be measured)

Supply,fixing Galvanized, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type or standard rails. Straining bolts. Including, securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complte all as specified and directed (Note : Each line of wire shall be measured)

All as per Item No. 60 above but fixing only. (Seaviceable barbed wire obtained from item No.59 above shall be reused).

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel, structural steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as speciified and as directed .

Supply and fix rolled mild steel Fe-410 (Grade E-250A) angle or tee section as in post, cut to length and bend to shape as directed, fixed independetly without connecting plate etc, including provision of 05 to 06 Nos gaps/cuts/holes in each post for providing/laying barbed wire and one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Supply and fix barbed wire shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only chain link fencing 50 mm x 50 mm mesh 4 mm thick, made out of mild steel galvanised hot drip wire including provision of binding wire completed all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chainlink fencing including line wires , any mesh , size and type to any type of standards , rails , straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.
