M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with approved excavated earth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone Aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any ) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work vertical or to batter including fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 (Design Mix) (20 mm graded aggregate) Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed,

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.to a fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fof Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. (11) above but 6mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry in (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces including applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, ( using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in filling and mass concrete , benching, kerbs etc incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.
