Disconnecting electrical connections of centrifugal pump set and decoupling the pump and motor, removing from the installed position by putting dummy plate to suction and delivery pipe, transporting to work shop. Disassemble the motor, removing the burnt out windings and cleaning the slot with CTC, rewinding the same with suitable super enameled copper conductor, insulating varnishing, removing, replacing the worn out bushes/ bearing and re-assembling motor and pump shaft repair by lathe work for proper alignment, replace gland rope, rubber coupling, washers, nuts and bolts or smooth function with one coat of primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint after scraping the body surface of pump & motor with emery paper, writing letters, assemble the motor & pump set Transporting to site coupling, connecting electrical & pipe connections testing complete for following capacity all as specified and directed. (a) 30HP Pump set at pump house residential area.

M&L for disconnecting pipeline and servicing water filtration unit tank by dismantle the filtration unit remove the unserviceable filter components complete and fill with following (a) multigrade filter complete and fill fine sand & coarse sand 10/5mm sylex suitable for removing 20micron sediment.(b) activated carbon filter for suitable to remove 900mg and suitable qty of pebbles with including repair/alternation work in tank. removing existing paint from outer surface of filtration cylinder tank and apply one coat primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint and servicing control valve, checking the back washing valves and testing & commissioning the entire unit complete etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for medium grade GI tubing 80mm dia with all fitting and fixed at suction & delivery line of pump set complete including taking down unserviceable GI 80mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for medium grade GI tubing 50mm dia with all fitting and fixed at sunction & delivery line of pump set complete including taking down unserviceable GI 50mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 2core 4 sq.mm with suitable FRP support clamps for fixing upto OHT avaition light including taking down unserviceable cable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only O-tolidine regent solution in 500 ml bottle.

Supply and fix in replacement of dial pressure gauge 0-100 PSI all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
