Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in padding concrete fair finish, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and like including weathering slight rounded and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing (minimum) 3mm thick APP film based poly meric membrance minimum weighing 3Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application over entire roof area with over lapping 100mm to either sides and sealed in after cleaning down the roof by brooms including applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surfaces etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250 and n exc 500 ltrs capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning repairing, etc complete.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 500 and n exc 1000 ltrs capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning repairing, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 40mm thick brick tiles, laid on and including 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted and pointed flush in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 09 here-in-before but except brick tiles, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Old serviceable tiles obtained from item no 01 shall be reused.
