Excavation in Trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays, etc., getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in Soft/ Loose Soil and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation/Cutting Road/ Hardstanding in Trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Quoted Unit Rate shall deem to be included Materials and Labour required for repairing to damaged Road/ Hardstanding to match the existing Surfaces and Specifications.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180Cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply & laying in Trenches Sub-class ‘B’ Bricks, kiln burnt, for Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying in Trenches Bricks (Serviceable Bricks obtained from Item No. 9.00 here-in-after), for Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of interlocking paver block, any shape or size and Re-laying the same after laying of LT cable of any size and also removing all vegetation, algae, grass etc, laid to proper slope & gradient over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.NOTE : Sand, if required for connection of cushioning level will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and Laying of Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size as approved by GE conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with 6 mm top layer of coloured rubberised anti abrasive material complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable LT cable for repair/ replacement etc (from cable duct/underground trench/pole), stacking properly (cable, pipe and bricks) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge of the following cross - sections :- Note :- Necessary earth work to be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling carefully serviceable isolating LT Panel board of sizes 500mm x 500mm x 500mm to 1800mm x 2000mm x 600mm, duly unscrewing/ opening front and back cover and cleaning complete bus bar chamber, tightening all the nuts, bolts incoming and outgoing terminals including cleaning the all switchgear/ accessories and replacement of cable gland and replacement of stainless steel hinges of size 100mm for panel board door fixed with welding machine incl applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint externally to panel board ater scrubbing/ cleaning the surface complete testing the Panel board till satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed. Note: -(i) Cost of necessary nuts, bolts, washers, screws and colour tape for bus bar, recharging and testing complete shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Quantity of stainless steel hinges as per site requirement shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Materials and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 X 4 mm (upto 7.5 metres) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 45 cm x 45 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia.
