Supply installation commissioning and testing of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set of 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per CPCB IV norms IS : 10001/10002 and Alternators per IS 13364 with AMF panel complete with relay panel and switch gears, for automatic starting on main failure control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV norms and foundation CGI Sheet shed complete etc of capacity of 100 KVA complete in all respect with and including accessories and components as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Engine :- (i) 4 cylinder, in line 4 stroke, radiator cooled engine. (ii) Robust and efficient air handing system with Dry type & replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator and optimized turbocharger for increased altitude capability. (iii) Optimized fuel consumption with common rail electronic injection. (iv) Spin on signal fuel filter with water separator. (v) Cooling system is designed and tested for 50 degree Celsius ambient conditions. (vi) Full flow spin on lube oil fiber & first fill of lube oil and coolant. (vii) Electrical starter motor with soft start engagement feature. (c) Control panel :- Control panel is powder coated for weather proof and long lasting finish. The control panel consists of the following parts :- (i) PSO602 controller (ii) Bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming/outgoing terminals (iii) Indicator lamps for load ON and ‘Set Running’ instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled. (iv) MCB for suitable rating with short circuit protections. (v) AC/DC Separation inside control panel for safety. (d) Silencer :- (i) Hospital Grade Silencer inside canopy with rain cap suitably optimized to meet stringent noise limit. (ii) Silencer specifically turn to EATS. (e) Mounting arrangement :- (i) Engine and alternator are mounted on a common MS fabricated based frame with AVM pads (ii) Skid mounted radiator (iii) Base frame with integral fuel tank and DEF tank provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and connection and provision for cleaning. (f) Acoustic Enclosure :- (i) Specially designed to meet stringent MoEF/CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at 75 % load under free field conditions. (ii) The acoustic enclosure is made of CRCA sheets in Munsell green shed and a structural/sheet in Munsell green shed and a structural (Sheet metal base frame painted in black) (iii) 11 tank pretreatment process and UV resistant powder coating of all parts to withstand extreme environment.

(iv) High quality noise absorbed and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material (Rockwool) complying to IS 8183 (v) Top lifting for easy handing at customer site. Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil , including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed ( Note: Punned thickness will be measured for payment).

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply laying and testing and commissioning LT underground cable 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armored with multi stranded aluminum conductor laid in pipes, trenches/ducts, wall/surface on poles etc of size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 mm x 60 mm x 6 mm thick buried directed in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep blow ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep blow normal ground level connecting to and including GI sheet strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or sheet including 40 mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of GI strip to the extent 7.5 mtr as earthing lead 40 mm dia medium grade pipe for watering including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earh pit all as per Electrical plate No. 03 of SSR par-1 (2020) incl PCC foundation/Chamberin mix 1:2:4 type B1 with angle iron frame CI frame, CI cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe for top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result. Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing strip upto and including 7.7 m length is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

S & F on load Manual charge over switch 415 V in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 400 Amp complete all as specified and directed.
