| 1.00Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of on grid Mono facial Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of 144 cells, half cut, PERC Mono Crystalline silicon solar cells, Bi‐directional meter facility, necessary protections, earthing, mounted on existing Aluminium/ GI structure. Since the solar modules will be installed on the existing elevated roof, the quotation shall include all necessary accessories for the installation of modules and power optimizers on the existing structure, such as suitable base frames, clamps, and other required fittings. The area beneath the solar roof will function as a community space; hence, it is the vendor’s responsibility to carefully review the tender drawings and inspect the site conditions prior to submitting their quotation. a) Solar Photovoltaic Module of capacity 545 Wp or above, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730‐Part‐1, IS/IEC 61730‐Part‐2. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall be more than or equal to 21%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 12 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. b) Suitable rating of Three phase inverter(compatiable for power optimizer) of 680‐1000 VDC Input voltage range and 400V AC Output voltage, three phase, 4wire, 50Hz +/‐ 5Hz, output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 98%, total current harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degree. The detailed specifications are indicated in the document. c) Suitable Power Optimizer with the efficiency of more than 98%. MPPT operating range shall be 12.5 ‐ 105 Vdc. d) The Inverter shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency. e) Remote Monitoring System facilities as indicated in the specification. f) Fixing of required junction boxes and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc.as required. g) Lightning and surge voltage protection including connections with the existing earthing systems. h) Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing required size XLPE insulated copper conductor 1.1kV grade armoured power and control cables between solar modules and Inverter room. The location of the inverter shall be 50m (approx.) away from the solar modules, along with supplying & fixing of necessary supporting channel / conduits, lugs and other accessories etc. as required. The required lenght of DC cable (approx 50mtr) shall be considered, however, the cable rating shall be got approved by department before execution of the work. i) AC DB and DC DB with necessarry protections along with enclosure shall be provided as per the specification. j) The necessarry earthing for AC & DC dbs shall be provided Note: Supply and laying of power cable from AC DB to existing grid bus is department scope. | |||||||||||||
