S&F of Butt hinges of size 125mm , heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed and complete all as specified and directed

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a Priming coat of Red oxide Zinc chrome on New steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described including prepration of surfaces.

S&F Mild steel sliding door bolts 300mm, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone or concrete surfaces of walls/ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Glazed ceramic ware coloured printed tiles 300x 450 x 6 to 8 mm thick in dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the surface laid over and including 12 mm thick rendring in CM 1:4 on any faces of brick work for fixing wall tilesover and including bedding layer of cement mortar .

M&L for Non-skid tiles ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of size 300mmx300 mm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bedding layers in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm , in floors, dado , skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as speciefied and directed.

Taking up or down old/ unsv Steel Tubing 15/20mm bore (dia) with Fittings/ Connections, segregating Serviceable Pipes and Fittings/ Connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm bore Steel water tubing 'medium grade', galvanised with all fittings like elbow, tee, socket, bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5 mm PVC sheet reinforced with MS Squre Tube in opening etc PVC sheet should be wood grain printed/plain as approved by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.
