Dismantling of old stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exc. 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx300mm, thickness 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick, size of each slab not less than 55cmx55cm, with 75mm wide white marble border alround, laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing using grinding macine to yield mirror finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by scrapping down smoke roots, moulds salts and treading oil and greasy spots with wire brush incl removing all nails & washing with clean water down and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening, complete all as specified and directed.
