Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles on roof terrace, in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work etc, any section and any length including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Dismantling of existing galvanised iron steel barbed wire/ chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately

Dismalting chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) including concrete bed and haunching and removing rubbish to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum in soft / loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth, or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable and water supply / sewage pipe line etc. in soft / loose soil & getting out including taking out old brick or precast cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone / boulders gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching and bed blocks etc including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landing, cover slab for manholes, septic tanks, soakage wells, chullah hood, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain fair faces including chamferred, weatherings, throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel work such as in flat iron fillets conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) to secure chain link fencing / fixing of barbed wire to steel post incl all necessary cutting, drilling bilting / reveting etc as per site requirement & other similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape as in tie bar fixed to chain link fencing including necessary welding where required as per site requirement & other similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately under replace items of BOQ.

S&F in replacement galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of mud phuska in roof any thickness including plastering & leeping (whether full thickness removed or only part thereof) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof and priming the surface with one coat of cold applied bituminious primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS:3384 and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3 mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white gravel finish uniformaly embedded during manufacturing process. It shall be laid by torch application having side over lap 75 mm and at the end 100 mm, all overlaps and joints shall be sealed by torch application. For parapet, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 cm and inserted inside the parapet in a groove to a depth of 65mm. The same shall be furnished by a membrane flashing. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

M&L for applying evenly one coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm including cleaning of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 34 here-in-above but except brick tiles. Note : Old serviceable brick tiles retrieved from serial item No 3 of BOQ here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) slab of approved shade as in cooking platforms, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills and the like etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide, 150mm deep and sides dressed, bedded in cement mortar 1:3, cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardener, 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for edge stone to stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 250 to 300mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 450mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls/concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faced or on other than fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced or on other than fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered and unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including chalk whitening preparatory to distempering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of surfaces including filling of cracks and applying two coats of cement base paint shade/tint over a coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F DWCPE (SN8) pipe 200 mm dia (inner) as per IS-16098 (Part-II) laid in trenches or in floor on moorum bed to required shape including all necessary accessories / fitting / jointing / rings, joiting and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length jointed with adhesive fixed to walls fixed with and including requisite Number of clamps made out of flat iron 25x4mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius jointed with adhesive complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L include dismantling/ demolition of brick work / RCC work circular or square upto 0.5metre height depth of existing defunctional manhole of any size and shape and filling the same with demolished material & further by earth filling duly compacted in manhole upto the existing ground level and making the surface good all around directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removing loose ceiling plaster completely, cleaning and dripping mortars and curing of effected surface area, cleaning well expossed reinforcement and applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint to it, supply and fixing mild steel XPM mesh of size 25mm x 25mm (wire dia min. 2mm) to the effected ceiling surface either by welding with exposed reinforcement or by stapling nails or screw or tie with reinforcement, applying cement slury and 25mm thick microphone of 1:1:1 using 6mm graded aggregate and cuting it for 3 days and then making well finish the surface using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour construction of Soak Well for 51 to 100 users as shown on drawing No.GE(A) /comp / 17 / 2016 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes : Irrespective to whether shown on drawing or not, excavation & earthwork shall be in any type of soil, brick work shall be in CM 1:4, over burnt brick bats shall be used for filling, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate shall be provided in foundation, 20mm dia MS rungs made to shape painted with two coats of bituminous paint shall be provided, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate shall be provided in plinth protection, 1.50m long 150mm bore cast iron sand cast inlet pipe shall be provided and slab shall be Precast RCC (1:2:4). Other details shall be as shown on drawings & as specified in particular specifications.

Taking down carefully or drawing out from conduit, existing copper / aluminium point wiring for light, fan, bell, socket, power point etc complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendent holder, light fittings, top sheet covers, fan regulators, MCB, DB, lamp, earth plug etc (excluding MS sunken boxes) and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Taking down of serviceable fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F street light bracket made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.20m long , bent to shape at 120 degree angle from vertical fixed along pole with and dirlling holes including required number of clamp made out of Flat iron 25mm x 6mm with nuts, bolts ,washers etc. duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint including any addition / alteration (if required) for fixing street light complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement energy efficient LED street light fitting of 30W pressure die cast aluminium housing/body, heat resistant clear toughened glass, better optics for uniform distribution street/Roadway luminaire, with driver, including electric connection, complete fitting with all accessories and following specifications and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 100 Lumen per watt. (b) Input Voltage range : 140 to 270 volts (c) Temp operating range : Minus 10°C to Plus 50°C (d) Power factor : Minimum 0.95 (e) THD : Max10%. (f) CRI : Morethan 80 and CCT : 5700 K. (g) IP rating : IP66. (h) IK rating : Minimum IK07 (j) Built in potted LED Driver of the make as of the luminaire. (k) LED driver should be complete with all protections viz open/short circuit protection, over voltage protection, all as per standard design of manufacturer. (l) Surge protection 10 kV (inbuilt + extended) (m) Lens - High Efficiency wide angle lens. (n) BIS Approved fixtures and driver (o) Rated life time : 50000 burning hrs (Average 10 to 12 hrs daily) Make :- Crompton, Havells, Wipro, Philips or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'A' here-in-after.

Notes for srl Item No 92 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on street light bracket fixed on poles, If street light fitting requires to fixed on existing street light bracket and any addition alterration required in bracket for fixing street light, In that case cost of additional / alteration is included in the unit rate of this item, which also includes needful T & P and required accessories such as 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for connection from pole box to light fitting etc complete including making connection, testing etc complete .No extra payment is admissible on this account. (e) Light fittings shall be provided with 10 KV surge protection as mentioned in description of item. If 10 KV surge protection is not provided in light fitting for which cat part is mentioned in BOQ. Contractor has to provide light fitting with 10 KV surge protection without any extra cost to department. (f) Contractor shall write CA No on street light fitting with synthetic enamel paint which should be visible from ground level. Cost of the same is included in the unit rate of this item nothing shall be extra paid on this account.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to earth lead of GI wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15mm dia and water pipe 20mm dia GI light grade top of pipe with funnel & wiremesh, and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and 40mm thick RCC cover, excavation & earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 including taking down old eathing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes :- (i) GI wire upto DBs or upto earth test point is included in this item. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit chamber shall be 1.5 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (iii) Minimum weight of reinforcement for RCC cover shall be 1 KG.

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 25 sq mm 4 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection and GI pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Road cutting / floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for dry sand (Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: - For payment purpose thickness after punning shall be measured.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat, length of bricks across the route of underground cable including taking out old bricks all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches / under road / drains, fixed to poles / walls with required numbers of clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Cost of flat iron clamp if required is included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- A sum of Rs. 56214/- will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
