AR - Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in unform single layer on sub-base /subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density.

(AR) Providing and applying primer coat with VG 10 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Reference of MORT&H 502) (Analysis attached)

(AR) Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregrated from approved quarry of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @4.50% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finished to required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction ( Ref to morth & H specification 507 ) adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mixture and e-in-c

(AR) Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG 10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MORT&H specification No. 503 (Granular Surface)(Analysis attached) on full area of road

(AR) - Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects(Analysis attached)

DSR-2023 Item No/ 16.84 - Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. DSR/23/16.91.2 - Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineer in-Charge. 80mm thick Cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.
