Dismantling, re-erection and maintenance of High mast lighting towers for upcoming railway diversion work at Jagannath OCP, JA.

Amount

Scope of the work:-i. The job involves two number of high mast towers. ii. There is one existing high mast tower currently located at the site of the proposed railway diversion near Village Chhak which needs to be dismantled to facilitate the construction and alignment of the new railway tracks and the tower will be re-erected at a new location as per the revised site plan for illumination of the junction point and light vehicle public road. iii. There is another existing high mast tower in CHP stock which needs repairing and maintenance along with dismantling and erection of light fittings for illumination of the stock. iv. Dismantling: Safe removal of the high mast tower without causing damage to the structure or surrounding environment along with temporary storage of the dismantled components. v. Re-Erection: Transporting the dismantled components to the new location. Reassembly and erection of the high mast tower at the new site. Testing and commissioning to ensure operational functionality.

Works

Foundation of High Mast lighting tower

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply of wire rope of diameter of 6mm (including 15% profit)

Supply of 4 core 2.5 sqmm cable (including 15% profit)

MANPOWER

The different to be carried out are as follows: a. Dismantling of High Mast lighting tower including dismantling of light fittings and lantern carriage along with all accessories, dismantling of Motor, Ratchet, rope and cable etc. and Dismantling of Hi-Mast tower, foundation Nuts, Bolts, etc. b. Erection of High Mast lighting tower including Fixing of light fittings and lantern carriage along with loading, unloading and transporting of all accessories, Fitting of Motor, Gear box, rope, cable, etc. and Installation of Timer Control Panel and control circuit. c. Testing and commissioning of High Mast Tower (Deatails : 1. One High Mast near Village Chhak. 2. One High Mast near CHP stock.)

The different jobs to be carried out are as follows: a. Repairing and maintenance of High mast tower like replacement of rope, cable, etc.
