Dismantling G.C.I. or A.C. sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking of the materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and labour cess etc. complete.

Removing old tarfelt from roof slab, cleaning the surface, lowering and removing the debris within 50m lead and shifting the same within 5Km away from Power House by any mechanical means including all labour, T&P, scaffolding lead, lift drift and labour cess etc. complete.

Closed deep chipping and cleaning to RCC surface for receiving cement plaster including cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and labour cess etc. complete.

20 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over the RCC surface including cost, conveyance, royalty, all labour, lead, lift & delift, curing, labour cess etc. complete including admixure Dr. Fixit Pidiproof (LW) etc. complete.

Making suitable grooves of the horizontal and vertical expansion joints by suitable polymer mortar (with poly bond or any other suitable substitute) of size 50mm x 25mm and filling the gap by suitable cock, polythene or thermocol materials and then applying polysulphide sealant (gun grade) to the surface after applying a coat of primer including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, scaffolding, lead, lift, delift, labour cess etc. complete including removing the debris away from work site.

Providing and laying in situ six course water proofing treatment with Super Thermo Lay APP (Atactic poly-propylene)-2mm modified Polymeric memberane of STP Make over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd, 4th & 6th courses of bonding material of STP make @ 1.20 Kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd and 5th layers of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2 mm thick of 2.25 Kg/sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 20 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film including making good the damages, undulation and swelling on the existing roof surface as per direction of E-I-C.

Labour for fixing G.C.I. Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc. including cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and labour cess etc. complete.

Painting two coats of Super silver shield paint of STP Make over the bituminous surface including cost, conveyance, cost of labour with T & P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
