20 mm waterproofing cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers and cost of supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: Second class teak wood.

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick frosted glass panes, including ISI marked bright finished brass butt hinges of required size with necessary brass screws: 35 mm thick Second class teak wood. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two or more coats to the Doors & windows of the Lighthouse Tower with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian / Berger/ Equivalent) of required colour to give an even shade over an under coat of wood primer of approved brand and manufacture as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Painting two or more coats to the gates, hand rails and window grills etc. with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/ Berger/ Equivalent) of required colour to give an even shade over an under coat of metal primer of approved brand and manufacture as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Repair works to cracks in plastering/ masonary/ R.C.C. works/ lintels/ beams/ chajjas etc., cutting out cracks to 'V' section, cleaning, wetting, grouting with cement-sand slurry 1:3 (one cement, three sand) including cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants etc., complete as directed.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge including cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants etc.

Providing and fixing by welding, guard rails in span of 0.90 m made of Galvanised perforated metal sheet of 3 mm thick fixed to frame of 25mm X 25mm C class G.I. tube to the existing hand rails of lighthouse tower top slab as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing new door shutter as per existing pattern to the lantern room of lighthouse tower after dismantling existing damaged door shutter made of teak wood with metal frame including cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation, loading and unloading charges, fixing in position with all fittings including lock of approved pattern etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Replacement of Service room Steel Beam with ISHB 225 after giving necessary support to the slab before dismantling old steel beam without damaging the slab. Necessary precautions have to be taken before replacement as the structure is an ancient heritage structure. The Beam has to be painted with Sy. Enamel paint over a coat of approved steel primer. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation, loading and unloading charges, fixing in position with making walls good etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for All work up to plinth level including cost all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing new Jet black Granite Plaque stone of size 0.60X0.45 meter of approved quality engarved with letters of different size in Kannada, Hindi and English language and national emblem carved at top; after dismantling existing old Granite plaque stone from fixed position without damaging other attched granite stone work and disposal of waste materials within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Border has to be carved on the granite stone and all the letters, national emblem and border should be filled with golden colour etc. and fixing the granite stone in thick cement slurry and making the back side of stone rough for gripping and finishing the side surface of wall, after levelling the surface including cost of all material, labour, tools and plants etc. complete as directed.

Supplying and fixing Lighthouse Name Board of size 1.50 m X 1.00 m, made out of 20 mm dia ‘B’ class G.I pipe frame work and base to be made with G.I sheet of 18 gauge over which matter to be fixed in Kannada, Hindi and English language with vinyl sticker letters on both sides, board to be fitted on 40mm dia ‘B’ class G.I. pipe of 1.80 m high and fixed in position with cement concrete 1:2:4, applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint to frame over a coat of metal primer including cost of all materials, labour charges, fabrication charges, transportation, fixing etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing Granite Plaque stone containing history of Kaup Lighthouse station engarved in Kannada, Hindi and English language and Lighthouse departmental emblem carved on top. The Granite stone has to be fixed on Brickwork in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Fine Sand), brick work has to be finished with 18 mm plaster of Cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Fine Sand). Foundation for brick work has to be made on rocky surface with Cement Concrete 1:2:4, the rate is inclusive of cost of Granite, engraving letters and emblem, brick work and CC foundation, plastering, Painting with Syenthetic enamel paint over a coat of water thinnable cement primer, Fixing of Granite stone and cost of all material, labour, tools and plants etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.
