Bidder in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 should achieved an average at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.15.00 lakhs.

Bidder in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 Satisfactory completed, at least one similar nature of work (Building Work) not less than 50% of the estimated cost i:e 15.00 Lakhs

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
