M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab of size 600mm x 600m x 18 to 20 mm thick as in flooring, laid and joined with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror finished complete over and including screed bed if 15mm thick in CM 1:6 all as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab of 18 to 20mm thick, in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. over & including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer) in CM 1:4, laid and joined with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror finished complete.

M&L 100mm thick for cement concrete type, C2 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate as in flooring finished even and fair using extra cement.

S & F Glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and 22mm width inserted in position, conform to design complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete in CM 1:6 finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

M & L for rendering in CM 1:3, 10 mm thickness on top of roof slab finishing the surface even and fair without using extra complete all as specified and directed.

S &F water proofing treatment to the roof slab and chajja using 4mm thick APP modified membrane sonsisting five layer menbrane with features as specified, weighing not less than 4.0 kg/Sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.2 litre per Sqm on surface provide a layer of APP modified membrane by torching application including sealing the overlap with torching with 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on width side as per manufacturer's instruction including joints and changes in direction be covered with thin cement slurry in CM 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement cuved well before laying of membrane all as per manufacturer's instructions and provide a finishing coat with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/m2 as prescribed by manufacturer if membrane to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Irrespective of the lap the net covered area will only be measured for payment.

M&L 2nd class hard wood plain solid straight chowkats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pined joints

Material & Labour for Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded) PCC bed for Holdfasts.

M&L sanding newly tarred or painted surfaces with clean sharp sand all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described, and treated with tar or coal tar black paint.

Supply ,laying & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed heavy duty LT electric cable 1100 volts grade galvanised steel strip armoured with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core,IS-7098 Part-I including centre gland, lugs,jointing materials etc laid in trenches/road crossing/on pole or wall etc .all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out in Soft disintegrated rock .

Material & Labour for fine river sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before laying of cable & 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm ) in trenches, duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm for cable protection complete all as directed and specified. Note:- Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm.

M & L for GI tubing (light grade) with all fittings,laid in trenches, or fixed along with walls /poles,bore of pipe 40mm for cable protection.
