13.16.1)P&L 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 fine sand) on ceiling of roof using approved type of sand including curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

14.42.1)Providing and applying white wash of three coats with lime of approved quality to give an even shade after cleaning and smoothening the surface thoroughly etc. all complete and cleaning properly the area of spilled lime etc. to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removal of nails from wall, on new /old walls, cleaning/scrapping of distempered / synthetic enameled surface from wall.

13.41.1)Distempering New work ( Two coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

13.26)P&L plaster of parris putty of 2mm thickness on the old / new walls to give an even and smooth surface with all materials, tools & tackles etc. all complete.

13.44.1)Providing water proofing cement paint ( 3 coats) of"snowcem"or approved make & shade on walls etc. to give an even shade after removing the foreign particle with wire-brush etc. ( where-ever required) on new work and proper curing as specified at following heights including all labour , tools , tackles scaffolding , consumables and materials required for the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

11.36)Providing & laying glazed tiles of approved colours and approved size in platforms, skirting,toilet walls etc.,laid on bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement:3 coarse sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement etc. all complete.(CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.) White cement required for the work shall be procured by the contractor.
