Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Factory Assembled silent Diesel Engine driven generating set,415volt, 3 phase, 4wire,engine as per IS 10002/10001 and alternator as per IS 13364 of capacity 100 KVA at 0.8 PF, complete with sound proof canopy made of powder coated with specially designed lifting hooks, meet the latest CPCB IV norms of 75DB at 1 M distance at 75% load, Inbuilt AMF Panel and PCC foundation with Anti Vibration Mounts (AVMs) as per OEM Manufacturer guideline all as spd and directed and comprising of following :- (a) Engine: 4 cylinder, In line,1500 RPM, water cooled, four stroke, rated power 92 Kw, diesel engine for 100 KVA alternator as per is 10002/10001 with sensor for low oil pressure, high water temprature including microprocessor based engine control panel , 12V DC start system with battery and fuel tank for 8 hr run all as spd and directed. (b) Alternator: alternator of rated capacity 100 KVA at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging pf, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, Brushless,Single Bearing,self excited, self regulated an AVR with +- 1% voltage regulation, class H insulation all as spd and directed. (c) Control Panel: Control panel should have following parameter (i) Genset DIsplay Parameters( Line/Phase Voltage, Line Current,Frequency,Avg Voltage,Avg Current,Phase and Total KW,KWh and PF) (ii) Engine Display Parameters( Coolent Temp,Fuel status,Speed,Running Hrs, No of Starts, Battery Voltage. (iii)Electrical safeties(Under/Over voltage,Under/over frequency,Phase failure, Phase sequence reverse,over current,over kw) (iv) Mechanical Safeties (Under/OverSpeed,Low Lub oil Pressure,High engine coolant temprature,Battery charging indication,Low fuel level,start/stop fail. Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtrs wide & not exc 1.5 mtrs in depth for taking out/laying of pipes/cables etc & getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to ISI 14930 ( Part I and II) for protection of underground cables of size. Outer/Inner dia of pipe 50/38 mm with all fittings. laid in trenches / road/ nallah or fixed along wall. poles or laid under floor (including cutting floor/Road and making good to match with existing adjoining surface etc for cable protection all as specified (excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately). Rate for Inserting cable in pipe deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. NOTE : (i) Earth resistance value should be less than 5 Ohms (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protection of earth strip.(iii) PCC pits shall be provided atleast 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends , elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.
