Clearing and Grubbing of Road Land: Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 818 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, up to lead of 818 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm thickness.

Construction of embankment: Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. By Mechanical Means. ii. Private Land .

Construction of subgrade: Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 818.2 with lead upto 818 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (i) Private Land

Construction of granular sub-base: Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401 (with an initial lead of 5 km) (including cost of testing of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt).

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding meterials to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading II as per Technical Specification Clause (with an initial lead of 5.0 Km.)

WBM Grading 3: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding meterials to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Technical Specification Clause (with an initial lead of 5.0 Km.).

Prim coat: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumin emulation on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.).

Tack coat : Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emultion using emultion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.).

Semi- Desnse Bituminous Concrete : Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 508. complete in all respect.(Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.).

Construction of Single Row HPC 1000mm dia NP3 : Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. Ordinary soil. A. Manual Means. (i) Without dewatering, a) Upto 3 m depth.

PCC M10 (1:3:6 nominal mix) in levelling course below open foundation of Head walls as per drawings & Technical Specification Clause 1109.

Bedding for pipe (ii) Type B (First Class) Bedding Laying (First Class) bedding on well compacted sand moorum as per Clause 1105 (ii) Granular Material.

Providing & laying reinforced cement concrete NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106 (B) 1000 mm dia

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204. II. P.C.C. grade M-20 (i) Nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (Hand mixing)

Rectro-reflectorised Traffic Signs : Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory,and informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm X 75mmX 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mmX 450X 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801. i) 600 mm equilateral triangle.

Kilo Metre Stone : Kilo Metre Stone ( Reinforcement concrete M-15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc. (ii) Ordinary Kilometer Stone (Precast)

Tree plantation : Planting of trees and their maintenance for three year (Planting of trees by the road side) (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure , planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guatrd and maintaing the trees for three years
