Repairing and rewinding of Submersible pump motor set in different locations at District Correctional Home under Malda Division, PWD.

Charges for lifting burntout defective 5HP submersible pump motor set including 80mm dia 80ft long column pipe from tube well by the help of various type tools, tackless and tripod stand with chain pully including disconnection all connection as per direction of EIC.

Charges for carrying of the above pump motor set, 80ft 3" dia column pipe and other accessories from work site to Co's work shop for repair etc. as required as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Delivery of 415volt , 3 phase 5HP Submersible pump Motor set with having outlet size 50mm (Make- KSB)(Model no Coro 100 12C/17 +370/22 -UMI 100)

Supply & Fixing of 3 phase 415 volt, 50 Hz. DOL Pump Motor Starter with Ammeter, voltmeter & indicating Lamp having relay range from 4.5 to 7.5 A.MUG6 DOL & coil voltage 360 volt. (200- 400 W) (Make LT-LK type) on flat iron frame on wall as to G.S. Cat No.- SS97756.

Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). PVC Pipes 80 mm (Dia)

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately) For Exposed Work 80 mm dia. medium quality

Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangements for testing the yield in gallons per hour with 'V' notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required.

Supplying M.S. male / female adopter of approved make and brand for coupling of M.S. pipe and fibre glass strainers, as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. 100 mm

Opening the 5HP submersible pump motor set part by part very carefully to avoid any further damages including proper checking, testing to located the fault as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing long sleeve brass bush bearing both side of the motor.

Grinding, polishing the roter shaft at Lathe shop as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing new thrust bearing both side of motor.

Supply and fixing water guard seal.

Repair/rewinding the 5HP submersible pump motor portion only by appropriate guage poly coated water proof copper winding wire including supply and fixing insulating materials complete with necessary interconnection, cable joint, testing etc. as per direction of EIC.

Charges for lowering the 5HP submersible pump motor set including column pipe duly tightening part by part in the same tube well by the help of various tools, tackless and tripod stand with chain pully by expert skilled workmen as per direction of EIC.
