Designing (aesthetically),providing constructing and commissioning conventional Water Treatment Plant consisting of all civil ,Mechanical and Electrical works including cost of providing and applying Epoxy paint to inside surface of water retaining structures in contact with chlorine and providing ant termite treatment to entire structure below ground level ,Mechanical and Electricals components of various sub works as given below ,including necessary hydraulic testing ,structural testing ,equipment testing and trial run for 3 months ,etc. complete as directed by Engineer -in-charge.(Turn-Key Job).
Aeration fountain: Plan area is not less than 0.625 sq. mt per MLD.
Venturi Flume : With necessary device , consisting of simple mechanical indicator (Pedestal type gauge).
Flash Mixer : Rapid mixing device, detention time 60 seconds to give velocity gradient 300 to 400 sec-1 vane mixer type confirming to IS 7090 of 1985
Flocculator : Confirming to I.S. 7208 - 1974 (Type - C) with detention period of 30 minutes.
Clarifier : - Horizontal flow circular tank , detention period 2.5 hours ,overflow rate 30 cube meter per square meter per day (to be specified) , weir loading not more than 300 cubic meter per day , with mechanical sludge scraper confirming to IS 10313_1982 with necessary inlet outlet arrangement.
Rapid sand Filters and Filter House :-Filter designed for filtration rate of 5000 liters per square meter per hour ,minimum 2 beds for plant up to 10 MLD for larger plants as specified, filters to be located in filter house with roof slab, pipe gallery and platform minimum 5.5 meter in width. With constant rate filtration or declining rate filtration.
Filter Sand: Effective size 0.45 to 0.70 mm uniformly coefficient not more than 1.7 ,not less than ,depth of water over sand 0.75 m ,free board 50 cm ,gravel 0.45 m in depth ,sand and gravel confirming to I.S.8491 (i)-77 ,back wash by air wash ,standard appurtenances (to be specified ) ,rate of flow controller ,filter gauge ,sand expansion gauge ,etc.
Wash Water Tank: - Capacity to be specified and suitable to supply water to wash specified number of filter beds at a time 12 minutes @ 600 lit/sqm/min ,under a head of 12 m at under drain.
Wash Water Pumps: - Capacity to fill water tank in 1 hour with 100% standby.
Air Blowers: - Capacity of delivering 600 LMP per square meter of free air , of filter area at 0.4 kg/sq.cm at the under drains (100% stand by) for period of 5 min.

Ground floor to accommodate 7 days alum requirement and sundry storage.(Minimum 4 m height)

Solution Tanks: - Minimum 3 tanks (one for preparation ,second for dosing and third as stand by) , each tank capable of giving 8 hours maximum dose without interruption ,minimum free board 0.30 m ,trays for dissolving level indicator ,mechanical agitation devices , solution feed and drain lines ,solution feed device (Constant head device ,strength of solution up to 10% only ) confirming to I.S.9222 Part-I 1979.

Capacity of Sump :-One hour of designed flow.
Pump House: - Pump House of required size over the sump or by the side.
Store House: - Suitable for alum storage of three months and 7 days temporary storage ,7 days TCL requirement in monsoon with 20% extra capacity for other sundry articles.

SCADA System
Providing SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system for water supply system for complete monitoring of the system from Intake Well (1 no) to Water Treatment plant (1 No) to 4 Nos of ESR. SCADA is to be used for online monitoring & controlling of different process parameters likevibration, flowrate, pressure, level, valve status, pump status, pH, Turbidity, Free Chlorine analyser reading right from Intake well to ESR.
All the ESR’s are to be provided with auto overflow controlling devices to avoid wastage of water.
Automation of Filter bed operation to have the best outcome from process point of view.
Central SCADA will be connected with the Local SCADA of WTP location and RTU of intake well & ESR location through GPRS network or any other suitable network.
SCADA software should be user friendly and compatible with latest Operating system prevailing in the market. SCADA softwares shall be loaded in the computer and suitable screens shall be developed and the software should have both run time and development License.
The SCADA solution to include all components requiring above functionality and should use open standards & protocols. etc.,to save / view / print some specific reports directly using templates. The reports shall also be generated after specific span of time or an event has been occur in Word, Excel or PDF format. The automatic report generation shall be configured to give shift wise report, daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports and yearly reports.etc. complete job as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturer should calibrate these flowmeter at NABL Certified lab in accordance with ISO 17025. Incase the manufactuerer does not have NABL certified lab, the flowmeters needs to be tested at CWPRS/FCRI Labs accredited by NABL.
