S&F in repair Road safety poly carbonate convex mirror 100 cm dia encased in ABS mateials, orange colour for outdoor installation including 3.0 m long and 75mm dia MS pipe as stand , fixed to ABS frame with proper fixing arrangement (Stand painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer fixed on ground in PCC block of size (45 x 45x 50) cm of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate )and including necessary excavation earth work and removal of soil to a distance n. ecx. 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Sparkle road side delinators with tri color reflector and 150mm wide reflecto radium sticker pasted over painted MS pipes approx 100mm dia and 100 cm long above ground level fixed in cement concrete bedding 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate incl necessary earth work with bedding size (150 x 150 x 300) mm (Rate includes cost of pecs& Earth work) complete all as specified.

M&L providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm ), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L preparation of new surface of kerbs stone and applying two coats of synthetic enemal, paint over a coat of primer all as directed.

M&L for Preparing existing blacktop surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mudetc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or by hand compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm of paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content 40mm consolidated thickness by weight of total mix , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using paving bitumen (VG-30) any penetration (SDAC shall be laid with mechanical paver and rolled with 8-10 Ton tandom power roller) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Job Mix formula as per MORTH Specification shall be got done from the accredited Govt's approved lab and cost there on shall be born by the contractor. Bitumen content indicated in description shall be minimum however actual requirement of bitumen binder in plus side shall be as per Job Mix formula. Work shall be executed after approval of Job Mix formula by GE.
