Removing the damaged portions of the existing oil bound distemper (admeasuring more than 0.10 Sqm. each in area) from the distemper painted walls and ceilings together with existing Plaster of Paris/Lappam/putty base finish by scrapping, chipping, sand papering, washing with water etc., and preparing the surface by applying one or more coats of cement primer of approved make and two or more coats of wall care putty of approved make and levelling and finishing the surface smooth to match with adjacent areas at all floors and locations including the cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved make over the walls/ceilings at all floors, heights and locations including complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants and scaffolding all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge

Distempering on the existing painted walls and ceilings at all floors and locations using first quality acrylic oil bound distemper of approved shade and make with the cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants, cleaning the floors etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

One coat on old work.

Two or more coats on old work and also over the areas under item 1.

Synthetic Enamel painting over new work or the existing painted surfaces of walls/windows/doors on old work using 1st quality enamel paint of approved make and shade including sand papering, removing stains, oil marks, grease, dust, dirt etc and washing if necessary complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants scaffolding etc all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

One coat on painted surfaces

Two or more coats on old painted surfaces or new surfaces.

one coat of wood primer using 1st quality of approved make and shade over wood surfaces of internal areas at all floors heights and locations including filling up small cracks and crevices with approved filling compound, cleaning, washing, removing the dust, dirt, scales, grease, oil marks, loose painting thoroughly, sand papering wire brushing if necessary, complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying wall care puttyof approved make in two or more coats and finishing the surface smooth in line, level and even on the walls and ceilings at all floors, levels and locations, preparing the surface by sand papering, removing stains, oil marks, cob webs, etc., scraping, cost of all the materials, tools and plants, labour, scaffolding, cleaning, floors, etc all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with first quality exterior emulsion paint as per 15489:2004, Alkali, fungal resistance & dirt resistance of approved make in two or more coats on the existing painted areas at all heights and locations, cleaning, thorough washing, removing dirt, dust, fungus, grease, oils, loose paintings, thoroughly, sand papering etc complete with cost of material, labour, tools & plants etc., all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing external walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of approved make and shade in two or more coats on the existing painted areas at all heights and locations, cleaning, thorough washing, removing dirt, dust, fungus, grease, oils, loose paintings, thoroughly, sand papering etc complete with cost of material, labour, tools & plants etc., all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Two or more coats on old painted surfaces or new surfaces.

Applying Color washing of approved make and shade in two or more coats with a base coat whitining to give an even shade after finishing the surface on the existing painted areas at all heights and locations, cleaning, thorough washing, removing dirt, dust, fungus, grease, oils, loose paintings, thoroughly, sand papering etc complete with cost of material, labour, tools & plants etc., all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Varnishing with varnish using 1st quality of approved make and shade in two or more coats glue sizing with spar varnish or an under coat over door/wooden surfaces at all floors heights and locations including filling up small cracks and crevices with approved filling compound, cleaning, washing, removing the dust, dirt, scales, grease, oil marks, loose painting thoroughly, sand papering wire brushing if necessary, complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) 30 mm thickness solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing of SS aldrops on both sides of shutter with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws with all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58- 60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass butt hinges with necessary chromium plated brass screws as per directions of EIC.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) Of area 3 sq. metres and below shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 200 metres lead

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts of size 150x10 mm, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing aluminium handles of size 125mm, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete

Applying knifing paste filler over the new wooden / plywood surfaces at all heights and locations using 1st quality material of approved make in two or more coats including applying knife paste filler putty over the entire surface and finishing smooth, preparing the surface, sand papering, removing the dust, dirt etc all complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and plants etc as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and washing of all rooms, passages and balconies (except toilets and bath rooms) of vacant flat comprising of the following works including the cost of materials, tools, labour etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. a. Removal of cob webs, dusting of walls, ceiling, cupboards, lofts etc. b. Cleaning, removal of stains and washing of flooring, skirting, kitchen platform, kitchen dado, and kitchen racks, kitchen sinks etc., which are of mosaic , ceramic, marble, IPS, granite etc with suitable floor cleaners and detergents. (c) Cleaning and washing, refixing of window mosquito screens, (Netlon) d. Cleaning and dusting of doors and windows including fixtures and fittings, window grills, window pelmets etc. e. Cleaning and clearing of Nahani traps in kitchen and kitchen balcony and cleaning, removing of stains, and washing of wash basin in Hall. f. Dusting and cleaning of electrical fixtures and fittings such as switch boards, fans, tube lights etc. g. Removal of waste papers, gunny-bags, packing materials etc and disposing of the same at Municipal approved dumping places. Note :Only floor area of the rooms and balconies shall be measured in sqm for payment and areas of dado, skirting, platforms etc., shall not be measured for payment.

Cleaning and washing of toilets and bath rooms of vacant flats comprising of the following works including the cost of all materials, tools, labour etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. a. Removal of cob webs, cleaning and dusting of walls, ceilings etc. b. Cleaning and washing of flooring, racks and dado which are of ceramic tiles, IPS, Mosaic, Marble etc., with approved floor cleaners and detergents and removal of all stains. c. Cleaning of sanitary ware fixtures and fittings such as IWCs, EWCs, wash basins etc with cleaning agents such as Sani fresh / Harpic or equivalent approved make and removal of stains. d. Cleaning and clearing of Nahani traps. e. Cleaning of doors, pelmets including fixtures and fittings and ventilators cleaning including removal and refixing of wire mesh after cleaning and washing; cleaning of glass louvers etc. f. Dusting and cleaning of electrical fixtures and fittings such as switch boards, exhaust fans, tube lights, etc., Note: Only floor area of the toilet and bath rooms shall be measured for payment and areas of dado, racks etc., shall not be measured for payment.

Deep Cleaning of floors with suitable carborandum sanding stone attached with machine to remove deep ingrained dirt, paint splashes, water mark ect from the surface of floor of vacant flats including the cost of all the materials, tools, labour ect as per directions of EIC.

Supplying and fixing of Mosquito proof nettings made from polyester multifilament yarn having mesh: 156 per sq inch,Weight 40 +/- 5% gms per sq.Mtr.fixed to wooden frame on all sides to the existing wooden ventilator in toilets at all floors and levels complete with cost of Velcro tape, 20mm width, screws, pins, staples on all sides with cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling of the cracks of more than 1mm width at all floors and locations in internal walls using acrylic latex caulk crack filling compound /sealant of approved make including making ‘V’ shaped groove along the crack, clearing, removing all loose matter dirt and dust and applying /filling the crack filling compound as per manufacturers instruction/specifications and giving two coat of paint to suit adjacent over the walls with the cost of scaffolding, all materials labour, curing, tools & plants etc., complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

General Notes: 1.Painting works are to be done in the residential flats and common areas of buildings either in occupied /vacant position 2. One or two rooms as per the convience of the occupent will be given for painting in case of occupied. 3. Removing household furniture/articles, covering the furniture/articles with taurpalins/PVC covers, before painting and cleaning of the paint marks on walls / floor etc,and rearranging/ uncovering household furniture/articles immediatly after completion of painting has to be done by the contractor at his cost. No extra payment shall be paid for this purpose. 4.Tenderers are also advised to visit the site before submission of the tender and understand the scope of work to be carried out . 5.Contractor is required to do insurance/EPF to the workers who are employed for this work, which shall be valid throughout the contract. 6.The rates quoted shall inclusive of the GST,water charges,Labour cess, Income Tax etc., as applicable, but exclusive of EPF and ESI. EPF and ESI are reimbursable on production of proof of payment as per relevant clause of CPWD manual. 7. The contractor is required to pay his employees / labour as per the prevailing minimum wages approved by State/ Central Govt. 8. Contractor may please note that the work shall have to done as per need basis i.e, as and when flats are vacated/ to be painted during currency of contract.
