Providing and laying 50 mm consolidated thick Dense bituminous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.20 mm graded metal, 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 Kgs of VG30 / VG40 Bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to the required temperature and mixing the minimum required Temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by 80-100 KN Vibratory Roller / Pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feederunit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t C M P with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher/9m paver finisher, Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plants required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using C M P clause 505 of MORTH REV-5 specifications

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 10% of Plastic Waste and 0.13 cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 -2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 45.27kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying well gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarries as noted in lead chart to the road site including loading, unloading and stacking the well gravel at road site to departmental guage for pre-measurement including labour charges for laying spreading leveling to camper etc., complete as per direction of departmental officers instruction.

Road marking with hot applied Thermoplastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free streaks and holes

Providing and erecting direction and place identification Retro-Reflectorised sign board as per IRC made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.30 fixed over aluminium sheeting etc. Complete

Road markers/Road stud with lense Reflector Providing and fixing reflective road of category B raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels(bi-convex reflector) with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retoo-reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular no. RW/NH.33023/10/97-Do.lll dt 11.06.97 and the lenth, height and width of the body shall be flat within 1.8mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate or methyi methecrylate conforming it ASTM D788. The area of each retro- reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0sq.cm. The slope or retro - reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH circular and two cylindrical polymar shanks of not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better ancharge.
