Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

All as per item No. 1 above here-in-before but except bricks.

Brick work in half brick thick wall using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified

All as per item No. 3 above here-in-before but except bricks

Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified.

Flush pointing to brick laid on flat or brick work in paving in cement mortar (1:3) complete, all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks (any shape and size as ordered) conforming to IS 15658-2006 made out of M-35 grade concrete casted with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick in floors / path set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry using grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or brocken rubble mixed with earth arround in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surfaces etc complete all as specified

Excavation over areas n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete of fencing post complete all as specified.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings withand provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc IN REPLACEMENT as directed complete all as specified.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc for galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire of any description, maintaining spacings and straining and fixing to existing rails straining bolts including decuring or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed complete all as specified.

Use and waste of form work to side of foundations, footing, base of columns, raft and raft beams, side of soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished of flat concrete surface all as specified.

Use and waste of form work to side of pillars, posts, struts, piers, coloumns, stanchions square rectangular or polygonal, for rough finished concrete surface all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rail, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link MS hot dipped galvanised coating fencing any size or type as complete all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing average sectional area exc 100 sqm cm n exc 250 sqm cm with or without chamfered angles and flat splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding spirally for hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified .

TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia MS bars as in sturrups, nibs, spacers/binders etc. complete all as specified

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including bending spirally , hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire or securing with clips or welded to MS angle conforming to Fe-410 Gde E-250 quality- A etc complete all as specified.

Mild steel angle iron conforming to FE-290 Gde E-250 as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all drilling, bolting or rivetting etc. and similar works and embedding in concrete and screwing etc. complete all as specified

Mild steel framed work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality-A as in grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rivetted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, walkways, railing, barred iron doors including side hung gates with pintel hinges, spops, hand made sliding bolts, framed work of water tanks, door chowkats and similar works complete all as specified

Mild steel bolts (machine made) with screwed on end with hexagonal or square nuts and washer other end 16-20mm dia of neck and exc 10 cm long but n exc 15cm long complete all as specified.

Preparing steel and iron surfaces (new) of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified.

Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coverslabs etc including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Preparing newly plastered or pointed surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

450mm bore reinforced concrete pipe class NP2 laid in trenches including jointing & testing complete with collars complete all as specified.

Cleaning of drain / Nallah by cutting all bushes, shurbs, sakandas and any type of vegtation and desilting all depositing of soil and other materials to have a free flow of water and get a unfirm trapezoidal/ rectangular shape of drain and removing all spoil from modarea to distance exc 250m but nexc 500mtr and deposited in layer nexc 25cm thck, cross sectional area of dreain/ Nallah nexc 1.5 Sqm including removing refixing the precast RCC overs after cleaning the drain complete all as specified.

75mm bore PVC (SWR) fixed as weep holes in drain walls complete all as specified.

Punched taps CONCERTINA COIL (PTCC) of gauge 2.6mm and using coil of 60cm dia coil over MS angle brackets with barbed wire IN REPAIR complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundations or man holes etc. and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance exc 1.5 KM but n. exc. 5.00 KM and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Dismantling of old chain link fencing of any description of weight n exc 4.0 kg/sqm from existing fencing fixed with steel or concrete posts complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone / boulder, brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not excceding 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion (posts embedded in concrete, brick work etc.) and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified.

Dismantling of wrought iron of mild steel work of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified.

Notes : (i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
