The bidder shall be a regular agency/firm/contractor, who have carried out supply and installation of DG set in any power utilities/industry in India. As a proof bidder shall furnish at least one scanned copy of single work order and work done certificate of value not less than Rs. 2.83 Lakhs (Exclusive of GST) issued by competent authority for the work carried out during any one year within last five financial years issued from competent authority should be produced. Work order values of previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year of tender invited.
The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of Rs.5.66 Lakhs during last any Two years in preceding 5 financial years and should furnish scanned copy of turnover certificate or profit & loss statement duly certified by Charted Accountant. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to price level of financial year of tender invited.
The intending bidder should have the GSTIN registration certificate. In proof the bidder shall furnish scanned copy of registration certificate.
The intending bidder should have the PAN number. In proof the bidder shall furnish scanned copy of registration certificate.
The intending bidder should have the Independent Provident Fund (PF) code. In proof the bidder shall furnish scanned copy of registration certificate.
The intending bidder should have the ESI registration. In proof the bidder shall furnish scanned copy of registration certificate.
The bidder has to compulsorily furnish the duly filled and signed declaration format enclosed as Declaration I, II, III and IV.
