Supply, delivery and erection of skid based chlorination system (liquid) with suitable ISO 14001 mechanical diaphragm dosing pump with Hastelloy C shaft - 30 lph qty: 3 Nos. as follows: 1) Chlorine transfer pump (Centrifugal pump) used to pump liquid chlorine from storage tank to service tank 2) Service pump (Dosing pump)#1 for dosing the liquid chlorine into OHT delivery line 3) Stand by Service pump (Dosing pump)#2 with all accessories: Monel 400A pressure relief valve, pulsation damper with pressure gauge SS 316l grade at 6kg/cm2 pressure rating. Monel 400A metal non-return valve, PP Y-type strainer at suction line, suitable relay based panel and process PP FRP service tank at capacity of 500 litre with level indicator, Monel 400 metal agitator with gearbox and motor and storage tank capacity 1000 litre with PP transfer pump including all internal electrical wiring with necessary UPVC pipe and fittings including Single Phase 220V AC On/Off Type Quarter Turn Electric Actuator with Reversible Induction motor according to IEC60034-1 for pump dry run preventing. Dosing pump specification: Diaphragm pump with manual Stroke adjustment. Diaphragm material: PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene). Transfer pump specification: Direct coupled centrifugal pump. MOC at liquid end : Polypropylene. Suction connection: 15NB LTCS A350 grade flanged ANSI B16.5# 150(RF) NRV: PP (Polypropylene) Motor specification: Drive motor at 0.5hp, 3 phase, 415v ±10%, 50hz ±5%, 4 pole, flange mounted STD TEFC, IP55, IE2, flame proof, SI duty, DOL starter. The scope of work is including the cost of all equipments like Chlorine tanks, transfer pump, Dosing pumps, Starter panels, pipe lines, valves, fittings, all wirings and erection, commissioning of the entire system including Mild Steel framed shed with metal roof sheet and side enclosed room arrangements etc complete.
