Filling the lowl aying area with available soil inside the portion area including conveyance of soil within a lead of 3km to site. Spreading the earth uniformly to the entire yard formation in layers of not exceeding 250mm thick all as directed including compacting each layer including watering with all leads for water and finishing the surface to the line and grades, sections as directed by the Engineer In-charge

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil, sand, clay mixed with roots, small boulders, debris, rubbish etc. as existing at site of work for column and plinth beam foundation dressing of sides, ramming of bottom, all as specified under relevant schedules, drawings including depositing the excavated materials within a lead of 50 m for re-transportation as directed including all labour, shoring, strutting and dewatering wherever necessary, transport, tools, tackles, equipment, fuel, etc., complete.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of mix1:4:8 in volumetric proportions (1 cement: 4 coarse river sand / M sand as per IS 383: 8 graded hard granite stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size) for levelling course in foundations all as per specification, drawings and as directed including mixing, transporting, placing, consolidating by ramming, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any., etc including all labour, material, equipments, tools, fuel etc. complete.

Providing and Placing in-situ cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand / M sand as per IS 383: 3 graded hard granite stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) for fencing pedestal wall as per relevant specifications, drawings and as directed including mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, shuttering, curing including all labour, material, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, etc. complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work

Providing and fixing GI chain link fencing of 2.40m high of mesh size 50mmx50mm and 3mm thk of G.I wire to the M.S. angle post and M.S. flat as described in Item No.5 above all as per drawing and as directed at site of work including all labour, equipments, transport, fuel, materials, tools, plants, scaffolding etc., complete Note: MS angles posts and MS flats shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position M.S. Angles 75x75x6mm posts, MS plate 125x125x 6mm thk in the bottom of the angle post, MS flat 50x4mm as stiffeners in between the post at top, middle and bottom and MS flat 50x4mm at the face of the every angle post including providing necessary holes in the angle post and MS flat for fixing chain link fencing with 12 mm dia GI bolt and nut as indicated in the drawing and tack welding of the chain link fencing with MS flat stiffners at six locations per panel (2.1 m) and six holes of 6 mm dia at inclined portion of the of each angle post for providing SS stay wire for tying concertina wire all as per drawing, relevant specifications and as directed including necessary cutting, welding, shaping etc., including all materials, labour, transport, tools, equipment, scaffolding, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing the Galvanized Iron Concertina Razor tape (wire 2.5 mm dia) fencing of 600mm diameter having 50 Nos. circles per 6m length over the inclined portion of the angle post as shown in the drawing with barb (thickness-0.50mm, 22mm length, and 15mm width at 34 mm c/c) in concertina razor tape, including providing and fixing six rows of Stainless steel stay wire 2.5mm dia throughout the length through the holes at the inclined portion of the M.S. angle post as shown in the drawing and tying concertina wire and stay wire and all points with 18 gauge S.S. binding wire all as per Manufacturers specifications and as directed at site of work including stretching, cutting, tying etc., including all labour, tools, tackles, scaffolding etc., complete.

Preparing the surfaces of MS angles and MS flats and painting with two coats of coal tar epoxy paint of approved quality over a coat of zinc chromate primer including all materials, labour, scaffolding, brushes, tools, etc., complete.

Preparing the exposed surfaces of the fencing wall and applying with two coats of colour wash over one coat of white wash using lovelycem or equivalent to give an even shade, including all labour, materials, brushes, tools, materials etc., complete.
