Dismantling the old ACB of 1000 amp complete including its cradle after disconnecting the joints and mounting connections after discharging the ACB in proper shut down condition of the L.T. panel with all tools, men power.
Supply of heavy duty microprocessor based latest technology capacity 1000 Amperes Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), with auxiliary switch, breaking capacity 50 KA with over current and short circuit protection & digital LCD display, RS 485 communication port, Triple Pole, 415V AC as per latest IS. Make: C&S
Fixing the new 1000 Amp ACB with cradle in the bus coupler chamber including supply and fixing of MS Angle base support / frame of suitable size for mounting the ACB with supply of material and complete work as required for mounting and fixing of the cradle / ACB as required with all tools, men power.
Dismantling the old door of the ACB chamber and fabrication and fixing of the new door fabricated in CRCA Sheet complete of suitable size and with suitable cut out for operation of the new ACB complete duly painted through powder coating and with complete other accessories like locks, hinges etc. as per required at site.
Dismantling the existing bus bars connections of two incomer ACBs for bus coupler operation. Supply and fixing of bus bar lengths in aluminium construction of suitable cross section/ measurement with bending/ shaping as required for retrofitting of ACB and making the bus bar joints of the new 1000 amp ACB and the two existing incomer ACBs for making all the required connections of supply arrangement at both sides including bending/ cutting/ shaping of the bus bars as required. The job includes providing of nuts bolts insulators, other consumables as per site requirement.
Making the mechanical type interlocking arrangement between the incomer ACBs and the bus coupler ACB by providing and fixing of the interlock kit/ key-lock system/ accessories with complete other consumables as required so that only two ACBs can be operated out of three at any given point of time.
Testing & Commissioning of the newly installed 1000 Amp ACB complete with calibration of ACB as per load requirement and testing of operations /bus coupling operations. Testing of the interlocking arrangement between the three ACBs for interlocking as per required.
