Formation of contraction (Dummy) joint 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the area over and including 10 mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

50 mm thick wall panel made of 0.5 mm thick hot dipped galvanised steel sheet on both side with 50 mm thick . layer of rigid cfc free closed cell polyurethane foam with tongue and groove joint including cam lock system for interlocking fixed on base chanel 30x65x1.25 mm thick, denisty of foam shall be40 kg/cum(+/- 2 kg/cum), the panel shall be precoated as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

0.50mm Colour coated steel profile sheet for roof fixed with hot dipped zink coat hexagonal washer head fasteners. The ridge shall cover with 0.50mm thick plain colour coated sheet. Gable end shall be covered with same colour coated sheet upto bottom cord of truss projection shall be 600mm wide, complete all as specified and directed.

Prepainted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

40mm thick puff insulated panel made of 0.50mm thick hot dipped galvanised sheet on both side with 40mm thick rigid polyurethane with tongue and groove joint for interlocking for ceiling, to be fixed with inverted CRCA Tee section 50X50X5 mm thcik and L section of 50X50X5mm thick to roof trusses including hanging arrangements, complete all as specified and directed.

25 mm dia stainless steel drapery rod with necessary brackets and andoised knobs as required with fixing arrangement for window and door the length shall be 250mm longer than opening size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

450mm wide sun shade shall be provided with colour coated steel sheet fixed with angle iron frame made of linon 50 X50 X 6 mm (for both brackets and purlins) as instructed of Engr-in-Chage the sun shade shall have a baring of 150 mm both sides all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rolled mild steel work as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel work as in frame work including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild Steel work as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc.Fe Gred 290 Gde E-165 (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel works of angle iron (conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165) as in fencing posts and struts including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes for nuts and bolts etc including flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh staying the post in a true vertical position and providing preservative treatment to the portion of the post/strut embedded in concrete with a coat of black bituminious paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long, Diameter of neck in 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1: 3: 6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 sqm each) as in plinth protection, finished the surfaces even and fair, including making joints 10mm wide and 30mm deep at spacing not more than 2.5m and at corners and as mandatory and filled with 1 part of bitumen mixed with 3 parts of sand along with wall and in between bays complete, all as specified and directed.

Factory made Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing in SSR complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles and rails with suitabele PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing in SSR, including 03 Nos PVC hinges per shutter complete all as specified and directed.

60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 Grade, pointed in grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Each line wire to be measured)

Supply and fixing chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type of any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wires

Preparation of new or previously untreated (zinc or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of diesel engine driven generating set capacity 40 KVA , 415 volts Derated at site condition ie 1800 mtr above MSL mounted on common base frame, 1500 RPM with silencer pipe (acustic enclosure) protected with asbestos rope independently supported from engine to outside power house upto 1 mtr, AVM pads foundations as per manufacure design battery start with suitable size of cable for connecting upto panel board. DG Set should be capable of operating in temperture range (-25* C to + 35*C) fitted with Cold starting kit with and including the following . Make:-COTTON GREAVES, MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA, TATA RUSTON, CUMMINS,KIRLOSKAR OIL ENGINES, ASHOK LEYLAND, CATERPILLAR (i) Prime mover Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity water cooled closed circuit as per BS-649 or IS-10002 direct injection type turbo charged electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. Earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32X6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore light grade GI pipe, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point / Transformer neutral/ Body/ LT panel etc. and testing on completion, complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:4:8, type D:2 ( using 40 mm crushed stone graded aggregate) as in foudation, filling and mass concrete for Poles/ Stays, complete as specified and directed.
