Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm of any soil.

Supply & laying of DWC (Double wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked with IS 16205 part 24 ( Pipe colour orange) of outer dia 50 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable icluding coupler and bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling and taking down carefully the defective Highmast light fittings from high mast pole by mechanically/ manually and removing the unseviceable light fitting from pole and supply and fixing led flood light 200 watt,lumen 20000 with 10 KV surge protection in built and reassembling the same pole, and refixing at its original location , including reconnections with suitable length and size of capper/Aluminium wire as per existing and testing / commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully the defective Highmast light fittings from high mast pole by mechanically/ manually and removing the unseviceable light fitting from pole and supply and fixing led flood light 120 watt, with 10 KV surge protection in built and reassembling the same pole , and refixing at its original location, including reconnections with suitable length and size of capper/ Aluminium wire as per existing and testing / commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Lifting the Highmast pole 16 mtr height by crane from its own location with opening the nut boltt and washers , greasing the steel wire rope and fixing with pulley and reassembling and refixing at its orginal location, including reconnections and testing commissioning complete for smooth operations all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate for Crane and labours is being to be includes in Quoted rates. (ii) Rate of sundry items like grease, cotton waste, nut, bolt and washers are deemed included in quoted rates.

M & L for painting of LT poles of any type (with hydrolic vehicle / ladder) including cross arms, channel, flat iron clamps etc 9/11 mtr long in two coats of aluminium paint and one coat of red oxide as primer including writing of pole nos (Yellow circle and Number in black) and providing 3 Nos of radium with width 50 mm size band / strap with Red, Yellow, Green colour 300 mm apart from plinth block around the pole etc complete as all as specified and directed in Engr-in- Charge. Supply and fix in replacement of 3 core copper cable of size 4 Sqmm PVC insulated sheathed flexible cable ,voltage 1.1 KV complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prunning and removing of tree branches touching to electric over head lines wild growth around LT /HT over head lines and around pole and stay complete to make clear span of 1.5 Mtr of tree both side of the OH line with JCB, Cutter and all tools, plants etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Distance between pole to pole will be measured and paid. (ii) Any breakdown of line caused during punning shall be made good without any extra cost. (ii) Prunning of tree to be done twice a year (before & after rainy season) (iii) The contractor has to ensure the proper safety of the tradesmans to avoid any mishappening. If any mishappening occures the contractor will be solely responsible for it.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, botls, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or irected and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one inishing coat of aluminium paint all as specified and as directed.
