M&L for prepartion of old distemperd/painted wall/ceiling surface by washing down, rubbing and stopping including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots thereafter filling of holes and cracks with wall care putty to obtain an even and smooth wall surface and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with spray machine on wall surface including scaffolding arrangement, trestles, ladders complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing loose treatment by scraping with mechanical wall/ceiling by vacuum based sanding machine (sanding machine with internal dust extraction system & having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7 inches / 9 inches to make the surfaces free from dust, loose paint etc by using smart periodical methodology/auto roller all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for one coat of wall putty avg 1-1.5 mm thick on complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, with spray machine on wall surface white or tinted over existing prepared putty base surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall thereafter filling of holes and cracks with wall care putty to obtain an even and smooth wall surface and applying one coat of white wash alongwith including scaffolding arrangement, trestles, ladders complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item above here-in-before but two coat of white wash on wall/ceiling surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or grith and applying one coat of aluminum paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
