SCHEDULE 'A' PART-X (MISC ITEMS) :

S&F pipe ERW including specials, nut, bolt & washer of nominal dia 300mm fianeged type as per IS 3589 (1981) thickness 4.8 mm Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe centrifugally casted cast iron both ends flanged and drilled including special class “B” 200 mm (8”) dia Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Lay pipe ductile iron, S/S including specials, class “K-7”, 150 mm (6”) dia Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Lay pipe ductile iron, S/S including specials, class “K-7” , 100 mm (4”) dia Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Lay pipe ductile iron, S/S including specials, class “K-9”, 200 mm (8”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of brick massonry valve pit chamber of size 900x900x900 (internal diamention) including necessary excavation and earth work and MS sheet cover 6 mm thick with 2 nos hinges welded to and angle iron 40x40x06 mm frame with lifting hook including locking arrangement and painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as per TD Drg No. CEAA/TD/57 as specified and directed.

M&L for DI fittings of any description i.e. bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc. Tee pieces single single branch 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot and / or flanged ends including collars, caps and plugs upto 250mm bore pipes, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for passing of water pipe line through civil road/railway/National Highway by adopting method of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) i.e trenchless technology, micro tunnelling up to 200 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for jointing with rubber or fiber board gasket for flanged pipes and fittings for CI pipe of bore 200 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for jointing with rubber or fiber board gasket for flanged pipes and fittings for CI pipe of bore 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F digital water level indicator device having MS housing made up of CRC box direct display in digits 230 volts AC + -10%50 Hz single phase digit in screen of size 60 mm size DDS-2 digit display connection with 4 core 0.5 sqmm size cable alarm for upper and lower per adjustable as per requirement and reset push switch for silent the alarm mode of operation ON/OFF and the circuit will be housed in high impact MS CRCA box nylon moulded connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of bricks masonry valve pit chamber 1050x1050x1050 (internal diamention) including necessary excavation and earth work and MS sheet cover 6 mm thick with 2 nos hinges welded to and angle iron 40x40x6 mm frames with lifting hook including locking arrangement and painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as per TD Drg No. CEAA/TD/57 as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting the existing CI/DI pipe line up to 200 mm dia in position for insertation of the tee for branch line to make connection complete as all directed. Note- Tee & valve will be masured separately.

M & L for cutting of road surface for laying of pipe line and completion of work making its in original shapes by providing proper size bolder as sub base andx PCC 4” thick and to mathc the existing road complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Aviation obstruction light of 12 watt 240 V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix outdoor type LT Panel board powder coated with locking arrangement fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS sheet with angle iron base frame having size 35x35x5 mm fitted including grouting the leg of LT panel including PCC 1:2:4 type B1 foundation of suitable size complete all as specified and directed with the following item and suitable for opening both sides :- (a) MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole 16 KA adjustable type-01 No as incoming (b) MCB TPN 32 Amps-02 Nos, (c) MCB 25 Amps SPN-01 Nos

Supply and install energy efficient LED street light suitable for 1x30 W including fixing arrangement on pole/wall/piller and connecting up with suitable size of copper fiexible cable complete (for street light) all as specified and directed.

M &L local river sand for bedding and sand cushioning of all LT UG cable and punning complete all as specified and directed. Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

Brick slightly over burnt (kiln burnt), old size bricks, best quality locally available, laid flat dry laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and as direction.

Demolition of old exiting RCC over head tank (P-68) over gound level only of including all pipes and fittings any description and in any position (capacity 50000 gallons) carefully without blasting, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate and including removing rubbish material (i.e. concrete and all other unserviceable debris) from site outside the MoD land at any distance from site complete all as spcified and directed. Note :- All safety precautions shall be strictly followed by the contractor during demolition of OHT. Any loss and damage to the nearby existing structure during the demolition of OHT shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost and site fo work shall be left clean and tidy after demolition of OHT.
