M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke scoot, mould, moss and efflorescent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of any tint, complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 01 but on ceiling.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement on plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke scoot, mould, moss and efflorescent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion paint over a coat of primer, complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 03 but on ceiling.
