Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers of soil not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair of rusted & crack CI water branch connection 80 to 100mm dia by using mechanical joint with connecting all accessories Complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) cost of gasket and nut bolts ,washers'jointing of materials as required are inclusive in above job. ii) Required T&P for job is provided by the Contractor is deemed to be included in the item rate. (iii) Excavation for pipe is included in job Work.

M&L in repair of rusted & crack CI water branch connection 150 to 300mm dia by using mechanical joint with connecting all accessories Complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) cost of gasket and nut bolts ,washers'jointing of materials as required are inclusive in above job. ii) Required T&P for job is provided by the Contractor is deemed to be included in the item rate. (iii) Excavation for pipe is included in job Work.

M&L for dismantling old valve chamber and construction of brick masonary new valve pit chamber of size 900mmx900mmx900mm (internal ) size constructed with 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 lean concrete foundation (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) providing well burnt brick masonary wall of 230mm thick built in CM (1:6) , rendering in cement (1:6) finished even smooth using extra cement internally and 15mm thick in CM (1:4) external plaster and finished fair and even, supply and fix 3.15 mm thick MS sheet steel cover fixed on (50x50x6) mm thick angle iron frame embeded in PCC coping (1:2:4) type B1 with locking arrangement and 1 No 50mm size 4 levers lock with key in duplicate Standard size and MS hold fast and handle made out of (25 x 6) mm flat iron and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Red Oxide) to all exposed steel surface making good all disturbed surface to match surrounding complete all as specified and directed.
