Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (10+5mm external layer shall be mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction finished even and fair without using extra cement ) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering or plastering work 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 ( mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction) in fascia / edging / ceiling of Chajjas, roof projections etc, includingudinguding taking out peeled off plaster / broken concrete making good by layering or cladding and making it in the line, in true shape and finishing the surface smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for two coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls by applying wall care putty to obtain even and smooth surface in any layers not more than 1mm thick and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames n. exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Eco 4000 Series Windows fabricated from roll formed sections made of Galvanized Steel Colour Coated/Powder Coated (Base Steel as per IS 513 “D” quality, Galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams/Sq. Mtr.) with total coated thickness of 0.60 mm. Coated Sections should be with Primer Coat of Epoxy Primer of 5-7microns thick, finish painted with Polyester Paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with Alkyd backer of 5-7 microns, or Powder Coated with pure Polyester Powder up to 50-60 microns thick. Section for frame should be 48mm x 50mm, Section for Mullion should be of 48mm x 50mm, Section for Glazed Shutter Frame should be of 47mm x 20mm, and Section for Fixed Glass Bead should be of 12mm x 12mm. Frame and Shutter Frame Sections should be cut to length and metre joined with Polypropylene Corner Brackets. Mullion Section should be joined with Frame/Mullion using Nylon Mullion Cap. Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to be includingudinguded rates of Glass and wire mesh.

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness , size, quality, or description) from wooden frame glazed with putty or fixed with beads, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with bead/glazing pins in squares size n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 29 but frosted glass/ pin head type glass.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.38 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling and terrazo topping includinguding cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed of bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick in CM 1:4, finished rough to receive, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 33 but vitrified tiles 8-10 mm thick ( Square or rectangular) polished, double charged area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm.

M&L for 20mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface finished even and smooth using WPC liquid of make Dr. Fixit or STP as per manufacturer instruction @ 0.200 ltr in 50 Kg of cement (WPC measured separetaly) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing non-accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Laying of membrane. (d) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.
