Brick work with F.P.S non modular bricks of class designation 75 A in super structure above plinth level upto floor V-Level in Cement mortar 1:6 mix (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete as per the required pattern and design.

Reinforced cement concrete in walls (any thickness) 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand 3 crushed graded stone aggregate) 20 mm nominal size) including attach pilaster, buttressess, plinth and string courases, fillets , columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc up to floor 5 levels excluding cost of centering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straighting, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and frame work, including cutting, hosting, and fixing in position and applying a prime coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage complete.

Providing corrugated G.S sheet including vertical curved suface roofing fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( up to any pitch in horizantal /vertical or urved s urface ) excluding cost of purlins rafters and trusses. (0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm)

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick MS steel door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron for diagonal braces and 3mm MS gusset plates at the junction and corners all necessary fittings complete including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer

Centering and shuttering including strutting including strutting, proping etc and removal of form for lintels, beams, plinth beam, girders, bressumers and cantilevers and coloumns .

Renewing floating glass panes of thickness 4mm with putty and nails whereever necessary

Providing and fixing of G.I pipe 15 mm dia completely with G.I fittings including trunching and refilling etc

15 mm cement plaster on the fair side of wall in 1:6 mix (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
